Went in for a 6 in roast beef sandwich. the "sandwich artist" ripped open only half of my bread. when asked to fix or get new... bread I was told no. He piled on all the ingredient just in one spot of sandwich and would not fix that. When I opened mysandwich to eat. there was only 1.5 slices or meat on the sandwich. This location is a joke. There was no one else in the storeat the time so it was not an excuse of being slammed and rushing. So glad I paid money for an unappealing sandwich. Read more
Literally no one in the store? staff member seemed annoyed when I wanted to to take a second to review the menu since they have... those 12 new options they keep advertising about? made my selection. When it came to the toppings I asked if I could add mustardthe staff member shortly told me no it comes as listed can not customize. Totally felt bullied at that point and obligated tocontinue my purchase. Sandwich was fine enough I mean it was a sandwich, would of been better with mustard tho. Read more

They sandwiches were great and the guys were very nice and polite. It was nice a spacious and clean.
There was only one guy there working, and he did a great job. I heard him mention to another customer that he was usually there... alone, which tells my they are having the same staffing problems everyone else is. My wife ordered a 6" turkey, and I ordered awhole ham, both on white, which was very fresh. Excellent sandwiches. Friendly service. Their toaster was out of order (ithad been completely removed), and he didn't know when it would be repaired, so if it's essential that your sandwich be toasted,you're out of luck. I didn't go in, so I don't know what the staff was doing. However, there was no major line. It is almost as if the staff has not... learned how to process orders in parallel (ie putting several sandwiches in the toaster at once and starting others while thetoaster runs). It took half an hour for a mobile order (which was disclosed), but even that ended up being 10 minutes late. Thiswas a pickup order so it should have been faster. Ive been to alot of subways in my day but this morning was different. The young guy working today handled my order with first... class elite service. There are several subways in town, but this location truly displays elevated expectations with service.Thank you to the guy this morning. I will be going to this location solely moving forward. Food was ok but pricy for what it is. Over $10 for a fast food sub is just ridiculous. I originally wanted a meatball sub but... was told they were out and would need to prep more so I went with something else. For $12 or so after tax, I expect an entiremeal, not just a mediocre sub. Probably won't go back until food prices drop. Spent $23 for a wrap and footling sub which, forfast food, seems quite a lot. Read more
