Enjoyed Sunday brunch here with friends while visiting from our of town. Great menu options and food was delicious. We had about... a 45 minute wait which was right on target with the quoted time. Service was quick on the front end but the wait to get our foodwas longer than expected. We would still highly recommend Sunday brunch! Read more
One of the best breakfast spots in an Lawrence, excellent food and service. Be prepared to have to wait for a table though as... it's a popular restaurant and during their peak rush there's always people waiting to be seated. The coffee here is fantastic.Best French toast in Lawrence. Read more
What a wonderful place! They stop seating about 1-2hrs before they close due to the wait list. The food is phenomenal and worth... it! We put our name on the list (1.5hr wait) then walked down to the toy store and shopped around. The biscuits and gravy werethe best I think I've ever had from a restaurant. So good that I bought ab extra order to go so I would have it the next day. ?? They are also dog friendly on the patio and provided water and lovins. I would make the hour drive from KC to go again. Food was good and the waitress really kind. We tried the roost and vegan hash. Quality vs price was decent. My main reason that... the rating stays at a flat 4 is a host name Sue. Sue seemed irritated to be working and even rolled her eyes talking to anelderly woman ahead of me in line to make a reservation. Could be a bad day or the wrong job either way wishing her a better dayor a job change. Read more
Stopped in for brunch on a Tuesday at 10am with a co worker. KU had just won a national basketball title the night before and... this place was packed. There was a wait. But the food and experience was good. I would definitely eat here again, buthopefully when they aren't this busy... Read more
The food was absolutely delicious! I got a their signature breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino. Delish!! My friend got a whiskey... spiked coffee I tasted and that was strong but also good. I have it 4 stars because the staff was very kind, but nevercalled/text us when or table was ready and they did not check in super often or offer our checks, we had to wave them down toask. Not a big deal, but it did slow down our time there. I would definitely eat there again ?? Read more
Wonderful Breakfast place, all the food has great flavor. They have a coffee bar, and you can get regular coffee. It's... self-serve, you can choose your strength of coffee. The place is small, so there can be a wait to get in. They also havecocktails for their lunch time. This place is only open until 2 pm. Read more
