Made arrangements to meet for drinks and to try the food two weeks ago, was so excited to go because I've heard such good things... about the place. Checked the website for their hours because I knew they weren't standard hours...was very disappointed andfrustrated when we got there only to find out their hours were not what was listed on their website! Very frustrating. They needto update their website! Gave our business to Ladybird. Definitely a favorite. Read more

Went for $1.50 Tacos. Very little meat on Tacos. There were no sides available to order to go with Tacos . Not even Chips and... Salsa. $5.00 Margaritas. Worse Margarita I have ever had anywhere. Kids were supposed to eat free. Did not stipulate offkids menu. Kids had Tacos also which was cheaper than a kids meal. Charged us for kids Tacos said they were not included inkids eat free. Tacos came out with meat only in them all toppings, Lettuce, Onion, Cheese, Salsa, Sour Cream were sittingon the bar in bowls. No refrigeration, Sneeze Guards etc. Bar Tender that waited on us was very nice and friendly. Thatwas the only Good Part of the entire experience. Will not be back. Read more

Typically love this place. Come here often and have always had great service and great food...until today. Came with two of my... friends and watched what I feel was blatant discrimination by a hostess. My friend who happened to be African American put hername down and was told 20?... we watched table after table, many arriving after us, be seated. My friend checked in severaltimes and was told we were ?next up?. We then watched a group walk right in and be seated with no wait... after we had alreadybeen waiting about 40?. It wasn?t until the 3 of us all walked in to ask what the issue was that were asked if we were ok withsitting at the window seats. We didn?t leave the restaurant, we weren?t being rude, we were waiting patiently for a table. Maybe Wake The Dead is the next restaurant that could use some sensitivity training. I completely understand being busy andmissing a name on a list, but not after several attempts to be seated. Once we decided to leave, there was no effort for anapology for the wait or even slightest feeling of remorse. Not acceptable. You can do better. Read more

My new favorite breakfast spot. Great place for kids and adults alike. Good staff and very attentive owner. My son loves the... Chicken & Waffles and I'm going through the menu, one by one. So far, so good. Read more

Unique decor very cozy and colorful. The staff was attentive and helpful. The coffee was yummy. Self serve with three... options. The donuts had substance and were delicious. We tried the lemon and raised chocolate iced varieties. Our meals weregenerously sized. I ordered the "walk of shame" breakfast burrito. Carnitas for breakfast! Huge burrito filled with meat, potatoes, eggs, topped with house-made cheese sauce. Fresh! I took half of it home. My hubby had the "gravy train" bowl.Generous portion of chopped chicken fried steak and eggs topped with nicely seasoned gravy. He dug into it before I could snapa photo. Other diners were enjoying Bloody Mary's and mimosas. They looked delicious. Read more
