The to go food is inexpensive but quite average in quality. The by-the-slice pizza reminds me of from-frozen store bought pizza.... Frozen pizzas are actually better. I veal marsala. The dish came out. Sauce good but couldn't cut the veal. Very tough. Returned it. Ce back as tough, noodle under... cook, sauce scampi. I know as a cook you have veal thin and pound it out for tenderness. This was thick. Not pounded out. Wouldnever recommend this dish. What kind of chef does know about basics of veal and pasta??? Our family celebrated a 73rd birthday at Salvatore?s on the Riverwalk in Lawrence yesterday and it was a wonderful afternoon. ... The food was delicious, the service from our waitress Tara was excellent, and they could not have been more accommodating ? evenserving the birthday cake (which we brought from outside) with the candles lit! This was my first time ordering from here but it won?t be my last! I?m from PA and grew up with New York-style pizza. Living in... MA it?s hard to find good NY-style pizza, but this place has it perfected! From the sweet tomato sauce to the mozzarella to thechewy crust, it?s the best I?ve tasted in a long time. Had not been here for a while and they did not disappoint!! Had a delicious chicken parmigiana sandwich which came with french... fries. I took half home. Their caprese salad with chicken was also a great choice by my wife. Their burgers are also a goodchoice. No room for desert!! Read more
My experience was excellent. It was a catered event and the food was excellent the pasta was cooked perfect , the steak just... perfect the chicken with the sauce and the mushrooms were excellent.
