It's not the food that I have a complaint about. It's the staff. Walked into the establishment around 8pm Sunday 1O/9/22. STAFF... HAD.BAD ATTITUDES., LIKE EVERYONE HAD A ATTITUDE. TURNED UP THEIR FACES AT ME. WOW!! I have been coming here for a few yearsand never experienced that type of behavior. Especially the very short slim woman. I had to write a review because I couldnot reach a manager by phone. It starts with the manager. Customers spend their hard earned money and we pay taxes. We DO NOTdeserve this treatment. I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago. Anyone familiar with Chipotle knows they are famous for the vibrant and delicious... Mexican cuisine. I love the burrito bowls and the taste of overall. Place is always clean, for me that's a plus. Read more

I always enjoyed eating chipotle food but for some reasons they probably have new employees there that are messing up the food... . I ordered burrito bowl the rice and guacamole were salty . The chicken was burnt and dry and This is the second time Iordered online they don?t give the same portion of meat like they do when you order in person , they put little meat . Thislocation is not taking care of the online customers. Read more

The chicken was so burnt, it almost tasted like it was flame broiled. As cheap as they are with the food, and as high as the... prices are, they need to hire better cooks, not little kids that play with peoples food. Read more

I walked all the way from Target with my groceries and arrived at 10:45am when you guys open, which appears on your website the... doors were locked, but when I started to look at my phone a worker came to tell me we?re not open then with in the same breathfinally opened another worker made it her business to confront me and tell me we got until 11am so maybe you guys should make anadjustments to your website. She? made sure I waited like she?s doing me a favor. The service was terrible nasty attitudes noform of consumer service. Like they want to punish me for their tardiness. Read more

Ordered a bowl with brisket, when I got home and looked at the bowl there were literally 5 pieces if meat. Returned and... explained what happened to be told ? we?ll that?s a full scoop so yeah?. I?m sorry I?m no expert but I?m pretty sure I can see.The entire bowl is barely full! The girl then rudely asked ? so what do you want to do, cause there?s no more brisket? I askeddid they have more meat and she says ?I don?t know, chicken? when a different young lady kindly told me the options she quicklyfilled a cup and gave it to me. Look I understand everyone working here is young, however there?s no need for eye rolls andattitude when someone is just looking for help to right a wrong one of you guys did. I requested double meat but the portion sizes were extremely small on both of my orders. This is the second time I have... requested extra and am given the bare minimum. I counted and I have literally 3 pieces of Carne Asada what is the point ofonline order when I request double or extra of something if you give me small portions if I don't watch you make my order. Sodatasted like seltzer water and the worst part barboca is very salty. Spent $50 and don't feel i got what I paid for. Also nothingwas labeled so I had to open other people's food to find out which was mine. Read more
