Honestly service is just going downhill in this location. I went in today and ordered a salad online. I waited 25 mins for one... salad and when I went up to ask worker keya how long for my order she rolled her eyes and just then asked someone to make thesalad that was placed a while before. I understand people have bad days but she?s sitting there cursing about where hercoworkers put the bread all in front of the customers, that?s just a bad look. After she called out my order my brother went toget the salad and she literally tossed the bag on the counter at him. I love Panera but this location really sucks. The staff there gives the impression as though they don?t really care or neither... want to be there. Service is always slow, I?ve been to this location perhaps 5 times, and all 5 times it?s the same. Slow takingorders and communication is very poor. Pick up is another issue. If you ask for something it?s like I?m taking it from theirportion, super weird. Last trip there I repeated my order twice at pick up and still got the wrong sandwich. How is thatpossible when the receipts have your name on it and they called my name? I asked for bread as my side order, just put a piece ofcold baguette in my bag, It?s a bakery for god sakes, how bout you warm it up, no butter, no knife ???????????. I ordered a frontega chicken with extra spinach and received so little chicken and spinach compared to every other Panera I've... ever been to :/ honestly super sloppy and just not well done. I love Panera but it's better to not go here (at least during busyhours)... Read more
Sometimes they overcook the food and mostly everything I go for a table it's messy. I have to clean it myself and there slow.... Panera Bread is a really nice place to chat and chew but this one makes the name look bad. The employees do a lot of playing andtalking with one another while they should be working. I love coming to this specific location (Rockaway turnpike), I work nearby and it is very convenient. Lately I don't know... what's going on but it keeps disappointing me. The workers are friendly and attend to your complaints, however, the tables arealways dirty, you have to clean them in order to sit down. love Panera bread, the higher price is justified by the quality of the food and the choices of juice drinks along with a... comfortable dining room. and free WiFi!... u can choose a self serve order station. my favorite, I hate dealing with peoplebehind counters.
