I've eaten here many times and they have great! The staff was very very friendly and even wanted to chat with me! One individual... even came out to give me my sub enough though they are not required to do so! I also love how they support in hiring all agesincluding 15-up! Get those youngsters their jobs!? Cashier lied to me and said you could get the loaded potato soup without bacon bits. If you don't know the answer to my simple... question, you don't have to lie to me or make up an answer. Other than that, my drink was mostly water and had almost no syrupin it. Wouldn't return here just based on that experience. Read more
Customer service here is below average, especially in the drive thru and they keep upsizing my drinks without asking or... verifying that's what I want. It's a shame, I live next door to this location but I'd rather drive to Hebron because the servicein Hebron is just DRASTICALLY better and I get exactly what I ask for compared to the lburg location. I like your sandwiches. I would love them if they didn't taste like the nasty pickle I've repeatedly asked for it to not be... included. Seriously, how hard is it to not put a pickle in the box?
