We stood at the hostess stand waiting to be seated. It was 8pm but we asked the person with headphones taking a customers money... if they were still serving. He raised up both hands scurried away saying there were only 2 servers. We waited as 3 staff hurriedby glancing but never acknowledged us standing..and waiting. A different staff with no headphones took another customers money10 ft away. We asked her if they were still serving. As she fumbled and mumbled I just told her that was fine, we'd go somewhereelse. Never again. Absolutely ZERO customer service. I hope next time someone is trained to say. " Hi. Be right with you." Itwon't be to us. Read more
I can understand having to wait to be seated if the restaurant is busy or during peak hours but the last 2 times I?ve come here... the dining room is almost empty and we were left standing at the podium for far too long watching several employees walk past uslike we are invisible. No greeting no ?someone will be with you shortly? I can hear employees joking and talking in thekitchen. The girl who finally did seat us acted like we inconvenienced her by coming in. Me and my family came in and were served by Walter. He was incredible. No matter how many drinks my little cousins engulfed,... their glasses were never empty. The food was delivered with finesse and our orders were taken with accuracy. Couldn?t ask for abetter experience. 5 stars! Read more
Flies every where looks like the food is a few days old , sad when it's brought to you like this and they say it doesn't look... appetizing. Let down was looking forward to a big boy unfortunately we wasted 45 minutes and about 40 dollars. Read more
The food isn't always the best but we always get great service from Sammie. She gets our order correct every time and her... customer service is top notch. A smile and a friendly personality from her is what keeps me continuing to dine in. She is arockstar! I highly recommend asking for Sammie if you are dining in, you won't be disappointed with your service from her. Read more
I use to love Frisch's chili but now it is horrible, runny and barely any beans, not to mention the bowl size is a joke, it's a... cup size and they barely filled it up. So I basically paid $5 for meat water smfh, also the workers are absolutely horrible. Iwill never go here again! Read more
