This mcdonalds usually does pretty well with order accuracy, fresh french fries, and only occasionally do they shut down the ice... cream & frappe machines much earlier than theyre supposed to due to laziness. I get it sometimes youre having a bad day so thatsforgiven. Food comes out fast and fresh. One of the better quality mcdonalds locations around for the time being! Read more

Delivery trucks park in drive through every Monday. Went to get something while on lunch at work. Took over 30 minutes. Didn't... tell anyone to pull up. Workers had full conversations with every person that pulled up to window. Zero urgency to fix whateverwas holding them back. If you see a semi in the drive thru go somewhere else immediately. Walked in because the drive thru was Rapped around the building. We waited over hour inside with 10 other people. They was... serving drive thru and app customers first. It got to the point we asked for our money back and we left. Read more
It?s actually more funny than bad but pretty bad???? okay so I went through the drive thru and ordered a large strawberry banana... smoothie and she asked me what size so I said large. She said okay so I wait for the total and she doesn?t say anything so Ijust pull forward and they ask me what I ordered so I tell them again. They say the total then I pull up and the man doesn?teven say any words he hands me a small strawberry banana smoothie and I said is that large and he says the system says medium.As the smoothie is in a small cup I said okay that?s fine y?all have a good one and this man just blankly stared at me as Idrove off idk what?s wrong with tonight?s shift but it just made me laugh???? on top of all that my smoothie tasted like whoevermade it didn?t know how lol. First off we had to repeat our order 3 times before she got it, then my shake was like milk, totally melted no ice cream at all,... an to top it all off my spicy chicken sandwich had 1 pickle an no sauce at all! Love coming to this McDonald's location especially for breakfast. The food is always hot, employees are always so friendly, and... the line moves incredibly fast. I've never had any issue during breakfast hours. Read more
The service is different at different times meaning we always came in in the evening around 2 to 4 o'clock and it's always busy... so everybody including customers are grumpy due to the wait but when I came in the morning the employees are more grumpier thanthe customers not much as a wait but I had gotten in my food but didn't get my sauces so I stayed at the pick up counter and oneof the lady's (i believe it was a lady) said very rude what are u still standing there for???? Ugh..... for the sauce Iordered!!!! Since you gotta pay for that too now days... but she walked pasted me 4 times before asking if I needed anythingelse.. . Of course I said "for service"cant tand by the registers cause everybody knows u want something and hides or pretendsto be busy looking at the order screen. Read more
