The only thing nice I can say is the delivery girl was nice...she was over an hour past when the text said the delivery was on... its way. We were 3 miles away in a hotel and ordered at 3:24 pm. At 3:47 got the text that it was out for delivery. 4:15 Icalled what the email said was their number and was given the run around for over 40 minutes in which I became very agitated anddemanded money back (didn't get because once they transferred me it never went anywhere). 1 hour and 15 minutes after I got thetext, still on hold with pizza hut, the driver arrived and explained she's the only delivery person and she didn't leave therestaurant until 4:15 and doesn't know why I got the text that early and the people giving me the run around was a callcenter(which makes sense since I never got the same person and talked to 8). I accepted the pizza and 2 liter because it washere and we were hungry but we will not order from Pizza Hut again. This isn't the first time we had problems (other locations)but this time was probably the worst experience. Read more
I finally got a pizza after tryin to correct my mistake the day before and getting stuck talking to stupid customer service for... a half hour. They didn't do anything about my complaint. Yum brands CEO has a net worth of $21.5 million but somehow obviously has a hard time paying his employees a living wage because... this location is never, ever staffed. Just had my online delivery order cancelled because they don't have any drivers, and therehave been times where I placed an online order and go to the restaurant to find that it's closed. Placing an order via phone hasits own set of challenges as well. This has been an ongoing problem for years. It's a lose, lose situation. My mom and I have had pizza from this location twice within a month, and both times the food has tasted delicious! Also, when my... mom went inside the restaurant to pick up our food during our most recent November Pizza Hut Experience, the manager was verypolite and had a great attitude! I have been ordering the Detroit style pepperoni since I saw it on TV. Love the pizza but have gotten different versions of it... numerous times. Not sure why? No one ever asked or informed me of options. Just assumed mistake and didn't question. Also beingtold long wait times till ready and I am very punctual. Pick up pizza and it's like warm at best.
