Pretzel with beer cheese, fish & chips with sweet potato fries were delicious. Quite windy, may need a jacket.
The atmosphere is decent for a place on the river. The servers are really not the best but decent. The food was about as bad as... everything else though I must admit the grouper was pretty good. But out of 4 people with 4 meals the grouper was the only goodthing. The drink selection is also really suffering as they only have things that girls would mostly order, like a pina colada. Read more
The setting of the restaurant is a barge upon the river. Very nicely laid out with indoor and outdoor dining opportunities. Very... busy location with many polite, personable, and friendly servers. The food is excellent! Read more
We arrived around 4:15 to beat the crowd. By the time we left, the place was packed. I had the Mooring Mahi Mahi basket...it's a... very large piece of blackened mahi on rye with lettuce & tomato. The fish was cooked perfectly. I liked the rye flavor with it,but the bread falls apart too easy & would have liked something more substantial. Good food and a nice atmosphere on the river. Free parking in the garage nearby. We waited 45 minutes on a busy Friday night to... be seated. Our server was friendly and offered her recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had RiverRocks(jalapeno poppers) as an app, my husband had the Italian sub with onion rings, and I had the USS Shroom burger with sweetpotato fries. We were seated quickly and our server was attentive. The pretzel appetizer was really good. We did not eat much of the rest of... our food because it was not good. I ordered coconut shrimp and it was really crunchy and seemed overdone. The fries were thecolor of seasoned fries but tasted old and mushy. If I go back it will be just for a pretzel. We left and went to Wendy?s. Tobe fair, I did not complain or address any of our issues with anyone working that evening as it didn?t appear to any sort ofmistake.
