Left without eating because our server evidently put it as a to go order so it set there getting gross from condensation and... cold. She said she would put it on a plate for us????. When I asked how long it had been boxed she said about 5 mins which Iknow had to be longer because people came in a while after us and was eating their food already before she discovered I waslooking at her in disbelief that our food was no where in sight. She never attempted to have them remake it fresh and even gaveattitude when I told her I wasn't eating the now probably soggy and cold food. We even tried to pay for our drinks and she gotan attitude over that. Thanks not even trying to make the situation right with fresh food. Read more

Do yourself a favor and just go to Frankfort to eat at Cracker Barrel or Waffle House. Food is decent, but overpriced. Plus, the... service is PITIFUL. Customer service is not a priority here, and hasn't been for a while. It's a shame because it didn't used tobe this bad. You can/should do better, Huddle House! Read more

Service was not great, and neither was food. I ordered food, and about the time the food should have been coming out, the server... was letting me know they were out of something. We had to send food back because it was cold. I told our server, and she lookedat me like she didn?t understand what I was saying. When she let the cook know the food was cold, I couldn?t hear everything hewas saying, but I could hear his rude tone. Also while there another customer (carry out) came in to complain she was missingitems from her order. The cook was arguing with her in front of other customers about it. I would save your time and money. Iwill not go back there. Read more

Huddle House, believe it or not, has really good food. They used to have really GREAT food AND be really cheap, but the prices... went up recently and that means the quality of the food went down somewhat. The portion sizes are much smaller now. I'm not surewhy that always happens, but it always does. The workers there are very sweet, but they look stressed and overtired and therenever seems to be enough of them. We always try to tip well, but they definitely need a raise. As far as the food goes, I woulddefinitely order the pancakes or French toast because those are decent sized AND delicious. Read more

Used to be regular customers. Service is now terrible. Young servers are more interested in talking to their friends and family... in the restaurant than serving their other customers. Was there for 30 minutes, took ten minutes to get menus, never got drinks,left without ordering a thing. Also heard servers talking about how they hated kids because they are messy. As a person withchildren it definitely makes me not want to bring my family in to eat. Most servers are extremely unprofessional regardless ofhow busy they are. If there's more than a few tables then be prepared to get terrible or no service. Manager is too busycleaning dishes to do anything else. Doesn't seem good at leading the team and delegating tasks. And a generic comment here fromthe "owners" isn't going to do anything, so save it. Read more

Waste of time - Haven't been her in a while, now I remember why. They weren't busy, but took over an hour to get our food. The... sever kept apologizing, but no food. I asked how long it was going to be and all I assume the manager was telling the server shewas working on it. When we did get our food, it was in pieces, this part first then the next part. The food is great quality and the waitress was nice. The place was packed and that hurt the experience a bit. It took a while to... be served which was fine and reasonable based on the amount of people inside. Perhaps the place needs to be expanded a bit. Theratio of the workers compared to how many need to be served kept us from getting a refill and that personal service you're oftenaccustomed to. I'm sure the pandemic has made things more difficult in those regards and had it been less busy I'm sure theattention to attending each customer would have been a bit better. Over all there wasn't much bad about the experience and wewill definitely eat there again. Read more

My mom had egg shell in her biscuit and gravy. Took them so long to bring out our food. We ask for our food to go because ... we had my elderly Grandmother.They messed up my Grandmothers order, and messed up my order. Horrible experience. Read more
