Ordered deep dish pizza in drive thru. At pick up window was told to pull forward. I complied, knowing that deep dish would... take longer. After 45 or so minutes, and watching other customers come and go, I decided to call. Phone was answered and laiddown. Tried to call back, but got only busy signal. Frustrated, I decided to exit the car and go in, where the girl went to theback and, sure enough, came back with my pizza in less than 10 seconds. Pizza had been ready long before! Terrible!! I went there Tuesday evening. Went inside got a sausage pizza. It was cold but I was hungry and didn't feel like the... hassle of complaining. That does no good. So I ate it. 3 hours later I was throwing up so bad, coming out of both ends. It wasthe worst pain I have ever felt!! Yes ladies and gentlemen FOOD POISONING!! Went to the ER and was diagnosed. This was the lastthing I ate. The last little ceasers I will ever eat!! This location needs serious help. Slow and lazy there and that 6.00 Pizzawill end up costing you a thousand or more plus time off work! Please for the love of God do better!! Read more
Food was ok, but wait time for the drive through was not good. Took over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Once I laid it... took a long time because nothing was prepped and ready. Friendly staff though. Read more
No need to order online. Those orders are ignored. Then you get to set in front of the store for 20 minutes only to go in and... found that they still have not made your order.They were polite and told me "they forgo about my order". The girl apologized andwent into the kitchen and made the pizza without washing her hands or putting on gloves. She had been working the drive-throughand handling money. You know, I went there to try the Supreme and the Hawaiian thinking it was going to be typical Little Caesars and I was so... completely wrong. Don't get me wrong, Little Caesars pizza isn't terrible or anything, it's just fast food pizza, but theHawaiian and Supreme were absolutely amazing. They we're flavorful and just a touch of sweet. First trip there on a Monday, asked to wait a moment at the order speaker... I waited 30 minutes, they refused to acknowledge... I was there. Second trip, the next day, go through, they take my order, I get home, and have a pizza, but, it's overly greasy,and slightly burned, and the crust is, well, stale and hard... Won't be going back to either the Lawrenceburg or Harrodsburglocations ever again. The image is brightened up a good deal compared to how it actually looks. Read more
Usually no issues aside from taking absolutely forever sometimes... but tonight I ordered a cheese pizza but got pepperoni... instead.. i am not actually complaining about the pepperoni BUT I AM complaining about the toddler tantrums the pepperoni caused???????? lol someone owes me an hour of free babysitting and some type of compensation for punitive damages ????????
