Terrible. Terrible service. My order was for a coffee, we did a mobile pick-up, but we had to go in to get it. No one came.

I wanted to go in the store to pick up my door dash order and the drive through was swamped so I wanted to go inside and both... doors are locked and nobody answers the phones I called 5 times then had to end up canceling the order I was supposed to pick upwhat?s going on??? One of the Best McDonald's that I have been to. Got my Special Order Correct the 1st time.
i guess covid and cleanliness isn?t a thing at this mcdonald?s. after finally receiving our order, one of the burgers was made... wrong so we went in and showed them to have it replaced. i obviously was not going to eat the burger because i am very pickywhich is why it was ordered a certain way, but they literally took the burger back that i had already touched all over to makesure it was made right /-: i really hope they don?t serve it to anyone else and that they changed gloves/washed their handsafter taking it back. Went through the drive through today out of C02 is what I was told. had to pay full price for a can of hot coke and a MEDIUM... CUP when I ordered a large. I was never offered any type of option or better substitute or actual compensation for being rippedoff. These things should always be ordered ahead of time and taken care of when you have the resources. Unacceptable Read more
