Shame we stopped in last week and the food was amazing. We were very patient with the fact there was only two men working. We... tipped VERY well. Tonight a manager appeared to be female with ponytail after sitting down and waiting 5 minutes for her tocomplete taking an order comes over and says the lobby is closed. We drove 30 minutes to come because the food was amazing lastweek AND the lobby was open. She said we could order to go. I said we don?t want to eat cold food and drove 30 minutes to getthere. After a long day of work with more to do we?ve wasted an hour and still not had dinner. That?s a shame. If we could orderpizza to go what would handing us two drinks and allowing us to eat inside matter. Customer service. It?s crazy the difference aweek can make. There were three working tonight. TERRIBLE experience!!!! We walked in; on the buffet bar were stacks of boxes, plates and seasonings on the tables. Still dirty... dishes on some of the tables. It just looked unkept. Most of the workers were being very loud and unprofessional, one being themanager I believe. We waited prob 20-30 minutes for the pizza. The pizza was AWFULLLL!!! It didn?t even taste like Pizza Hutpizza! We ate because we were STARVED. But?we will not be back! We ordered by phone to get the saving using the Pizza Hut app. ($6.00 difference ????) You can order in advance. I left early,... when I got there it was totally rentivated since the last time I had been there. It was clean subway tiles were beautiful. Theywere friendly and my order was done at the same time I chose. (I picked time enough for me to get there, so it was hot) ???? There is inside eating but they do not have the salad bar or the buffet bar. No beer, because it is across the street from thehigh school. Frankfort has been shut down a while and I needed to cash in some points before they expired. Super friendly and they have dine... in as well now...which I didn't know pizza hut's really did anymore. Will def go for dine in. Read more
