I worked here and the owner is a rude person and he doesn?t give his employees fair pay, and he doesn?t give them their tips, or... bathroom breaks! He yells at them when they don?t do things his way and he tells u that you are not meant to live if you aren?tfast enough even though he knew when he hired you that you were on medication! He moved you up to management and then hired in agirl younger than you while you had covid to be your stand in and then tells you that you are still manager while they aregetting the hours and pay that you were promised! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place needs to be shut down! I know several people who work or worked there and the guy... who runs this subway is awful! He treats the employees who are mostly teenagers starting out awful and does not let them keeptheir tips he sits there and at the end of the day takes all the tips and tells them it?s his money even though they worked forthem and also makes them work long hours with no breaks. I?ve been told he uses out dated food like lettuce even when it?s gonebrown and doesn?t clean equipment properly, he also doesn?t like to pay them like he is suppose to. We came in around 8:00pm tonight woman working the counter was very rude took her like 20minutes to fix 2 sandwiches. We got our... food sit down to eat at 8:25pm she stomps her way to the gate and slams it shut almost waking up our 9 month old son who?sfinally fell asleep then at 8:35 as we are finishing our food she tells us that she closed at 8:30 and it?s now 8:35 and we needto leave because she has things to do outside of work and she?s ready to go.. my fiancè was kindly upset the woman spoke to uslike that especially because she had just walked by and seen we were cleaning up our mess and was almost finished eating. Wedidn?t even finish our food just got up cleaned the mess and left. On our way out I told her she didn?t have to be rude towardscustomers it?s not very professional and she shouldn?t work in customer service with that kind of attitude towards people and tohave a good night. So we were just in Subway in Lawrenceburg Ky Walmart and this happened We walked up and the case of meat cheese and veggies was... full of flies and I dont mean just one or two more like ten or more and we said somthing to the girl about the case being fullof flies and she smiled and said We know and fanned them then looked at us and said what can I get you. Are you kidding me Idon't think so thanks but no thanks that's just nasty none of it was covered or anything. It was like no big deal to the girlat all and when we said we changed our minds she laughed and said ok. What a joke. Read more
Subway food is fresh and very good, but the Subway in the Lawrenceburg Walmart is having some problems. The employees are not... trained. One little guy did not know wheat bread from white, a poor customer got so flustered. She wanted a sandwich on whiteand a salad, he had never done a salad, had no clue. Person waiting on me rolled my American Club with extra bacon like it wasa wrap. Other employee started telling her loudly that she was putting too much bacon. I had to step in and tell her I askedfor extra bacon. Loud employee was putting veggies on, I started telling her NO veggies, she grabbed lettuce... I'm told herthree times NO lettuce, she was so busy talking she did not hear me..then she grabbed lettuce off my sandwich put it back intolettuce bin. I have a medical reason can not have most veggies.. I wanted mayo, she started wrapping my sandwich whiletalking... She had to unwrap my sandwich to put on the mayo. It was a sloppy, badly cut sandwich, I order two foot longs,with a pretzel. Pretzel was very good. The top piece of bread was way short on the top of the sandwich. The second sandwichtop crust was mostly veggies, about an inch of bread covering. I usually go there 2-3 ,sometimes more, times a week spendingover 22.00 each trip.
