I have stopped at this location a handful of times when I am passing through the area. I won?t be making that mistake again. I... pull in this past Sunday. An employee is outside in his car smoking a cigarette. I walk in and wait 5 minutes assuming someoneelse is in there. He comes inside doesn?t say a word and proceeded to touch things without washing his hands. I left immediatelyand will not be returning. Read more
It should be a NO STAR!! I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. I was charged 3 times for my order even before I got there. My bank... app alerts me when I receive charges. WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THEY WERE CLOSED!!! I looked on Google and it says they'recurrently open and will close at 9pm tonight. Wow! Just wow! Not sure what I am going to say or how to inconvenience them, and Iwill also be getting my sandwiches for free when I do go and speak with them! Worst part of whole thing is now I have to callthe bank on Monday and get these charges stopped. Thank you Subway Team! Read more

We enjoyed an excellent dining experience on our recent visit as the servers were friendly and professional. I had all but... stopped going to Subway because they were often out of steak and when they did have it, they didn't put enough on the sandwich.We had seen the new "Refresh" ads so we decided to give it another chance and we were glad we did because the meat andvegetables were piled high. sat at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken. finally someone came out to take the trash out and saw us... waiting. once she made it inside she told another worker to take our order, so i guess she was just sitting there hoping we?dleave instead. she stuck her hand out the window and told us to pull forward, never took our order at the speaker. no one wearsheadsets or uses the speaker and there is no sign advising you to pull forward to the window. very unprofessional and lazy in myopinion. i have also seen other similar reviews so this is obviously an issue. maybe y'all should schedule more than one person during a dinner rush? i had an online order and it wasn't ready when i arrived... because there was just one person working. that is ridiculous AND unsafe. do better. sandwiches were great, management obviouslyisn't. Read more
