Arby's fries and real chicken breast nuggets are both the best you can get in a chain restaurant. Expect to get a rogue curly... fry in your crinkle fries almost every time. Wrap was pretty well made but the tomatoes were mostly unripe and about one drop ofsauce on the whole thing, lettuce was gross by the next morning on leftover wrap. Went to get some food here and the young girl at the window was such a smart aleck that I will never go back here again. I ask a... question about a coupon (that clearly states you can get up to 3 deals with it) and she says I don't know I just work here. Sothat was it for me. Read more
I groaned when our friends wanted to meet us at Arby's for lunch BUT was pleasantly surprised at the meal we got. I ordered... the 3-piece fish meal, it was very pricey at $7.19 for 3 small pieces but they were hot and tasted great! The fries were hottoo. My husband was very happy with his brisket sandwich which was $6.39. At least my meal came with fries and a drink for the$7.19. His sandwich didn't come with anything at that price. Came in tonight at supper time. The Manager was in the back not watching their Team. They were serving cold food and getting... backed up.... I didnt spend $10 on a chicken sandwich just to have it microwaved.... Read more
We had a very nice experience here. The lobby wasn't crowded at all when we got there and it was very clean. Restrooms were... clean and we'll stocked. Staff was all very friendly and helpful and anxious to help us with anything. Food was all great. Hotroast beef and fresh curly fries. Great experience all together. Read more
Delicious! If you haven?t tried the Greek Gyro it?s a must try! Give yourself a little taste of Greece with the traditional... Greek gyro, made with lambs meat. Best thing there in my opinion. Was a 5 STAR UNTIL TONIGHT?REVISED::::::: May not come back after tonight?s drive thru experience. Pretty rude, did not listen... to order and kept asking same questions and not listening to answer I was giving.Said SHAKE MACHINE WAS DOWN,but this is what?ssaid once it?s cleaned and they do not want to dirty it up again. There was people not in issued ARBYS uniform and huddled upplaying more than working,seemed like a big party instead of a professional food establishment. I did not eat food because Idon?t trust it and had to go to Mc Donald?s and spend another 10 dollars just to eat. Not happy with this experience!! While Iwas there they upset the car behind me and they sped off from window without ordering all I know is I heard them say oh well andthat?s that and the car zipped by me. I love Arby's!! With that said, the Arby's in Lawrenceburg, Tn is not doing it for me. The food is almost always hot but the... throwing it together and the mess they make of the food makes me not want it. I've only eat there a handful of times in thelast 6 years of being here just because of the preparation of the food. Please do better because I love the food!!! Read more
