Service here has gone down hill since they opened, and let it be known that my review is not based on one experience, but 3... seperate. Each time I ordered something via doordash, or drive thru, and every single time something was missing, incorrect orjust plain sloppy. Today was the final straw - placed an order online, drive thru for pick up, i only recieved half the order.After making it aware to the nice drive thru person, a very rude woman behind her proceeded to say (without even looking at me)that they dont offer that anymore... mind you the order had already been paid for. Was the intention to just keep the moneywithout making a substitution? Doesnt seem very "good business practice" or them. Needless to say, as of today, this dunkin hasofficially lost my business. This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to the people are rude and they take 20 minutes just to take your order. I got... iced coffee and they didn?t even put coffee in it just milk no flavoring. I highly suggest to skip this place. Read more
I was just at the Lawrenceburg site and it was a great experience. The older lady that was on the drive through window was so... sweet! It's employees like that which make you want to return to a business. Side note should she ever see this: You wereright. A machiatto with mocha and peanut butter does taste like a peanut butter cup. I go here regularly and it's just so inconsistent if they actually will make your drink correctly. Today I had enough. I ordered... a pumpkin spice latte and an Oreo hot chocolate. Not only were both drinks incorrect, they assured me they made them correctlywhen in fact they had not. The sticker label on the drink was also incorrect. Waste of money. I will not be returning. Decent selection of menu choices, most drinks are pretty sweet and they have been out of items when I've ordered but they are... always friendly and do their best to accommodate. One of the only places I've seen that offer a gluten free treat which isnice. Got a medium coffee and an order of bacon and hash browns and bacon which was $8+. The bacon was good but I almostcouldn't drink the coffee it was sickeningly sweet but I wasn't going to toss $4. I will never order the hash browns again, youget 6 tiny circles and they were charred and strangely chewy like something that's been fried, put in fridge a couple days thenreheated. McDonald's hash browns are 100% better. Read more
My sandwich was hot fresh and delicious. My coffee was perfect. The young lady suggested the right one as I like my coffee... strong. Helen was a great help and the crew were nice and relaxed. Read more
Was asked to Pull up to wait for bagels. After 6 other cars were served, went in to inquire and they acted like they didn't... know anything about the order so noone was even working on it. No apologies for the wait. Read more
This is the second time this has happened at this location they seem to only want to service the drivethru the li ne keep... growing inside and workerscontinue to walk past you with no acknowledgement or even and appologe for lack of service never gotto oder but drive thru continued to move quickly Read more
