The only con was our waitress was fanning a menu & it was almost hitting my husband. He took it from her & asked her to stop.... She didn't give refills n to go trays. I had to call her for them. And then she made a ice cream order that she got AFTER Irequested our items so we could leave. So we waited 16mins longer to be able to leave. We visited Hwy. 55 and the establishment was not clean ?? The air ducts are filthy as was the floor, tables and prep areas. The... employees were friendly and attentive but non had name tags or hair pulled back and all were running their hands through theirhair. The food was just warm and the fries were warmed up. Really enjoyed our meal, food was very fresh. The staff was friendly and checked in on us frequently.

Worst experience ever. It took 15 minutes or longer to get 3 banana splits made. Bananas looked like they were on the verge of... death. She ran the ice cream and then went to find bananas . I asked if they had splits to go she said yes. The boxes do notclose she slid 3 containers that did not seal at me. I asked for a bag, because I was by myself and couldn't carry them out.They spilt in my car. It was a joke and soup by the time I got home in about 2 minutes $20.00 down the drain. Not pleased with this visit, took 25 minutes to get our food. Got there just after noon, had an appointment at 1. All previous... times we have dined here food was quick and steaming hot when served. When we got our food after the almost half hour waitseemed like it had been sitting, yet they were not that busy only a hand full of people there most of which had their food. 5 of us arrived specifically for frozen custard treat after a long hot day working outside. Our order was 2 banana splits, one... chocolate banana shake and one brownie Sunday. After a few minutes our waitress came to tell us they were out of bananas, wouldwe like to wait abour 10 minutes while someone ran across the parking lot to Walmart to get some. Sure. 20 min later, still nobananas, the husband of the manager? left to get some just as we asked if they had come back. We requested a change in ourorder because there was no telling when/if he would return. Our waitress was young and inexperienced so we made allowances butwhen we finally got our sundaes, they left much to be desired. I have been in this restaurant many times. It seems to be hitand miss for food quality, service, and cleanliness. When it's good, it's very good and enjoyable. When it's off, it's trulydisgusting. Floor and tables piled with trash today, bathrooms disgustingly dirty, food was no where near acceptable. One outof 5 ate their entire sundae. So sad. Really taking a chance when decide to try again. Great food and price. Service was a little slow but they were busy. Would 1000% eat here again. Also, the Walmart being friendly... for semi-truck parking makes this a great place for truckers to stop safely and enjoy some real food. Read more

One of the best places to eat at! Food was overall great! Gave me good vibes and reminded me of the best times I had when I... lived in California, we had a Tom's burger shop and reminded me of home. Loved the decorations and the way it's set up. Byburger was cooked at just the right temperature and my onion rings were nice and crispy. The grilled jalapenos were my favorite,gave it that kick that I just needed in my life. And the shake, oh my beloved God, it was amazing!!
