Took 28 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me and food was cold when I got it.
Waited an hour and still never got our food ended up asking for the money back and going somewhere else. Never been to a... krystals that was this bad. Will be my once and only time ever stopping at this one. They was to worried about getting the drivethru food out and no one in the lobby was getting theirs. Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the time I pulled into the drive thru to when the food was in my hands. It was about 3pm... on a Saturday and I don't know if they're short staffed or what but that's ridiculous. I ordered a 24 pack of cheeseburgers formy family and a small fry for me since I can't eat the burgers. After that long of a wait and my fries were barely warm. Thelady apologized but waiting 30 minutes for $30 worth of kinda warm food is disappointing. They are basically a sister company toWhite Castle with a more menu options from what I've heard. They have a lot of yummy looking things but I'm not sure I want totry them. I tried the grits bowl with sausage and it was like a bowl of grease. I could barely eat it. I was pretty excitedabout it too. I may give them one more chance but I'm not sure. My hubby seems to likes their burgers though. Read more
Terrible experience, my daughter went through there ordered 4 cheese Krystal's and a Krystal chik meal and they gave her 10... cheese Krystal's obviously someone else's order. My son in law went to the door to get it fixed and the door was locked it was9:30. The line was long so they pulled up and walked to the window since they had already sit in the drive thru for 30 minutesalready. The staff was rude and unapologetic. I go to Krystal frequently and usually get good service especially from the olderlady with glasses and beautiful nails but this was unacceptable. We pay money for food and service and if you can't get it rightand handle a busy time then maybe food service isn't for you. And yes I've worked food service back when minimum was wage only4.25$ an hour and you were actually held accountable for your actions. So pitiful. Read more
Food was hot and fresh (including the fries). It came out in a timely matter even for them being a little busy. Drinks weren't... terrible like many fast food fountain drinks. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. Read more
These are NOT chili cheese fries. I'm kinda upset that I paid over $30 for a meal and I had to ask for half of it before I left... the window and it was still wrong. I won't be back and that's a shame Krystals are far and few between these days. I grew upwith Krystals, but it seems my children will not even remember eating here. Read more
It took 3 minutes before they took my order at the drive-thru. After that it took 12 minutes to get my order. There was only two... cars in front of me. I asked for eight Crystal cheese. When they give me my order they said we put two extra in for you becauseyou had to wait.... I said wow thank you! When I got home there was no cheese pickles or mustard on the burgers.
