Did not get order correct. Burgers were dried out , like reheated in microwave. They were out of slushes. Coney dog was all... cheddar and no chili. Read more

When the lady asked to take my order I told her a LG milkshake an she told me that will be 5.70 an cut me off. Did not let me... finish so for that reason I didn't order anything else. If it wasn't for my sister I would had pulled off cause that was rude. Read more
This Sonic is great! Friendly customer service, food tastes great, and the employees do their job accordingly! Only problem I've... ever had, was I asked them to put extra Mayo in my bag.....didn't eat there, and when I got home there was no extra Mayo....eventho the person who took my order and the car hop said there was..very minor problem....not a big enough problem to lose astar......other than that, haven't had any problems! The girls were very understanding and patient with me and my mom. Obviously Sonic isn't your typical fastfood restaurant. It was... our first time eating there so it took us a second to figure out how things work. Again, they were very patient and kind aboutit. The food is great too! Don't use your debit or credit card with the new touch screen menus! Screen glitched for almost a minute like someone was... touching it everywhere, in the end it gave a $20 tip on a $14 order by itself. Manager said we could cancel the order and repayand original debit would refund in up to 7 days! Read more
