I ordered 2 foot long chicken bacon ranch to go. I live 5 mins away. They were ice cold thats just not right.
Almost give it 2 stars but very rude I've heard several people say they want the food but the attitude is not worth it. Maybe... treat customers nice . On top attitude ice maker doesn't work. Subway do BETTER!!!!!! Read more

The customer service was lacking. I think the person serving us was the owner or manager. He kept asking me "what kind?" after I... would tell him what I wanted and what type of bread. I ended up getting a sub instead of a wrap because the line was alreadylong and it was frustrating. The food was not great, but we did eat it. They had fresh cookies and enough for our order. That'sa plus because too many locations refuse to cook more cookies when they run out. If the customer service wasn't so bad, I wouldhave give four stars. Read more
8$ side salad! I even asked for more lettuce, and then only got 3 more spinach leaves. Very nice guys but blissfully unaware.
