Generally the same quality here but they are notorious for leaving things off my chili and sometimes out of chocolate frosties.... I can't eat any gluten but my family seems to like their burgers and fries. I have not tried their salads yet but they're allabout $8 I believe. There's a few options on their menu if you're gluten free which is nice. After 4pm (I believe only onweekdays) kids meals are only $1.99 which is awesome! Burger King was mysteriously "closed down for about 20 minutes" when Iwent through the drive thru about a week ago in the middle of the day but Wendy's was open and ready. *Wendy's last week wasinoperable due to registers not working. Went back a few days later inside which I've never done and it was actually pretty niceinside. *After 4:00 kids meals are $1.99 which is a great deal! Read more

For us the experience is very good. The food is hot and delicious. We don't normally eat out or this type of food. But at times... we do if not home and need that type of food. Read more

The restaurant lobby should be open!! The drive thru workers act like it kills them to take your order and they said to pull up... to the first window where I had nobody waiting on me to pay so I pulled up to the second window. The young lady at the secondwindow said I should have paid at first window and never said thank you or anything after I told her nobody was at the firstwindow. She jerks the card out of my hand and looked like it just ruined her day to have to do something. Won?t be back andletting others know. Time was 9:45 am Saturday September 24th Terrible Read more

The staff and food were great BUT the flies inside were awful! There were at least 6 flies on the window behind where we were... sitting. We got the $4 and $5 meals, everything was hot so that made us happy. Strawberry frosty is fantastic as is thenatural lemonade which can be substituted for an extra .50. The lady taking out order was very patient with my husband whocan't hear very well. Nice place but they need some fly traps. Read more

The Wendy's in Lawrenceburg, Tn dining room has been closed since the virus started and the note on the door now says due to... short staffing but yet there's not one single hiring sign anywhere to be seen at the store. And when you finally make it throughthe drive through, there's more people in there working then there was before the pandemic. Management or somebody needs to dobetter at this location!! Read more

I am still in shock of being robbed of my change. I placed a Drive thru order and total was $24.56. When I got to the window,... I handed the cashier a $20 gift card and a $5 bill and asked her to please use the gift card first and let me know if it wasn'ta full $20 as I would owe more. She took both and closed the transaction then proceeded to text on her cell phone. I waswaiting on my change and she finally looked up at me and asked if I needed something. I told her "my change". She said thecomputer didn't tell her she owed me change. I told her the total was only $24.56 and I handed her $25. She looked at thecomputer again and got very frustrated and threw her arms up in the air over and over screaming "I don't know, I don't know, Idon't know". I told her it's just basic math-she just owes me 44 cents if the gift card was the full $20. She then hollared atme "I'll get my manager if you want to keep being rude." I told her to please do and I wasn't being rude. I was just waiting onmy change. She told me again she doesn't owe me any because the computer says she doesn't. Another employee came over, lookedat the cash register and told me again--it doesn't say you are owed change. I asked him-does she dispute that she was given a$5 bill and a $20 gift card? He confirmed that that is what they were given, but the register didn't acknowledge any change. And I asked again---so $25 minus $24.56 is 44 cents change. It's not worth the argument at this point, but I don't appreciatebeing called rude for asking for change due me. Regardless of whether it was 44 cents or $44--it's theft. And for the privilegeof being robbed, I was the one called rude. Had to just accept it and leave as no resolution was going to be reached. Verydisappointing that people can't even explain a situation or use common sense and have to blame someone else for their own lackof understanding. It's clear that the girl applied the cash first then the card and left the 44 cents Read more

You guys have really gone downhill. Got a large chili and it is a good inch from the top and very watery. You guys forgot the... fries in our order and my wife had to go back through the drive thru. Here is a pic after one watery bite. Read more

The burgers were good, the fries could have been fresher. We had to wait for them to change the ketchup dispenser. Also we let... them know they were out of cherry flavor in their coke machine and they never changed it. A few simple things could have madethis a 5 star. Read more
