The fastest and the most courteous service I?ve ever received. The employee (white guy, not sure if he is a manager) brought my... order to the curbside before I could call for it. In my disbelief, I asked him why he was there quicker than anticipated, hesaid he was waiting for my car and when I pulled up he didn?t want me to wait. Really awesome service by this employee. I don?t usually do reviews but Customer service in this place sucks . Simply the worse as if they don?t want to sell their pizza... . Go to papa johns service is so much better . I placed an order with them online and then this rude person called me backscreaming he can?t make that pizza , then I asked him to change the order , he rudely said go online or it?s going to be $40 forthe pizza . Won?t be back to this location. First time my order was not made when I got there. I was angry but just left because this had... not happened before at other dominos locations?I assumed this one would be up to par. Today I ordered 2 pizzas. My cheese handtossed pizza was more like a thin crust with sauce and a couple pieces of cheese. All I could taste was sauce. There wereseveral parts of my pizza that had no cheese at all. Ordered two pizzas online one hand tossed and the other thin crust. First the associate calls saying they are out of onions I... changed second topping to feta cheese. When I reached the store the cashier rang up my order and I gave a tip. When she openedthe boxes I explained to her that I ordered a thin crust and a hand tossed. She immediately said we can make it over. Theassociate in the back rudely threw the pizza pan down on the counter and said I'll make it again but next time I'm going to haveto charge you for another pizza. Shocked at this reaction I definitely didnt want her making me another pizza. I told thecashier don't worry about it. I left the store unsatisfied. Got back to my car where my phone was charging. The customer service was horrible. I came in to pick up my pizza, the guy was standing there talking to a customer I?m assuming... but then proceeds to go to back and start back working( no greeting or nothing) so after ten minutes of me still waiting thewhite girl come out from the back washes her hands and starts to take out pizza from the oven, still no service. So after 20minutes the white guy that was talking with the customer in front when I initially walked through the door tells her to assistme. She gives him this look like I don?t want to deal with her you do it. So finally he comes to assist me. So basically I willtake my black dollars somewhere else.
