I have never had bad experience with Panera until I dine in here. Service needs improvement. Terrible staff here. I came in for... a contactless dine-in. It was said my order was ready on the app. I came to pick up. The staff at the counter just gave mecountless of random orders. Then I could had my food after showing them my order. They just laughed and did not say anything.Seems like I stole their food. Never go there again everyone. Read more

If you didn't know this location was here, you would miss it. They don't have a drive thru either. Outside of that, each time... I've eaten here or ordered pick up here, I've had a great experience. Staff is welcoming and the food is what's expected.Atmosphere is typical of this brand. They do have a fireplace. Usually I see a lot of business meetings being held at thislocation. Read more

Great pastries. Very fresh!!! Unbelievable tsdte!taste!! The croissants are like no other!! You can taste the butter and... fluffy. The bear claw is great too. The cinnamon taste and glaze frosting are a great combination. They have military discounttoo. Read more

Service needs improvement. I walked in 30 mins before closing there was at least 4 employees working tonight, as soon as I... walked in I was looked at by all employees and not once acknowledged. I waited at least 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged. Igot acknowledged by One employee who nodded to another to I guess signal to take my order. The employee looked at me and laughedand then proceeded to attempt to take my order. I couldn?t make an order because they were apparently only serving soups but wasout of the soup I wanted because they were closing. Read more

I had decent experiences until today. I joined the sip club since I work next to the Panera. I order coffees and tea everyday.... The same employees see me everyday. Today the cashier accused me of trying to con them out of a coffee! I order through the appeverytime and showed them the app and email confirmation showing their address. They kept saying they can't find me in theirsystem. I literally have my phone to prove I made the order to their location. Needless to say I feel extremely offended ofbeing accused of stealing from the company. Panera needs to perfect their app if it causes this kind of issue. To accuse me ofstealing really upset me. I order from this location 2 time and every time they have problem. I order salad and this is what I got. Looks like some one... eat the half of the salad this is ridiculous. This is one of my favorite spots EVER! I?ve been coming here for years and the vibe remains the same. Very warm and welcoming! I... decided on the margarita flatbread today. Thought I?d change it up. I?m so glad that I did! This was quite possible the bestflatbread I?ve ever had! Mostly because of the bell pepper tomato sauce. I didn?t even know that was a thing! Ordered through Mobile app for rapid shelf pick up. My fiancé came in to find our food on the shelf and was rudely treated by a... staff member telling him the shelf is for curbside ONLY. Also I ordered chips with my order and when we opened the bag, theyforgot the chips. Other locations are better. Unfortunately this one is close to home. Read more
