We didn't even get to try the food, we were seated, then after waiting for a period of time our waitress finally came to get... drink orders. Still waiting, I asked about chips and salsa, those were dropped off and then I watch the time as we were neverasked about appetizers or if we were ready to order (which we were).....after being there so long and the restaurant being soempty, we ended up leaving because the customer service was just not there....which was disappointing because I had been lookingforward to trying this place Read more

Food was good but the service was terrible. The server couldn't hardly understand us. We ordered two mixed drinks. We only got... one, and it had no alcohol in it. Also, she didn't know what chocolate milk was. All she cared about was talking with heefriend's at the cash register. We will not return. We will continue to dine at our local spot. Read more

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was not good at all. My food was really good but my friend?s dinner was... terrible and all of it didn?t even ever show up. The service was terrible because our waitress Alejandra was not courteous aftermy friend complained about his food. It almost seemed as though since he sent his food back, she felt like we were no longer animportant table! Then she had a different waitress bring us the ticket, then we had to get the manager to fix the ticket becausewe were charged for food that we never received and food we sent back, then when she brought us the correct ticket she droppedit on our table as she walked by!! Did take out. The gentleman who seemed like the manager was quite friendly. The atmosphere was very cute especially the entrance... LEDs. Now as for my food, the burrito the big Juan was FANTASTIC. Tacos? Eh, the way they cook the chicken was not mypreference. It was more on the 'just cooked' big, long chicken chunks. I like my chicken little more cooked and in smallerpieces. But the salsa verde was awesome! Chimichanga tasted...healthy? I was expecting it to be more fast-food tasting which wasokay, but I wish it hit me like the burrito did. Awesome service and great fajitas for two. They have the best homemade guacamole in Gwinnett County and perhaps the ATL area.

Came with a big group last Friday. Got excited a bit because it was our first time there. First tried the chips. It was so-so.... Like it was stale, not fresh or just like they opened up a chip bag. Our 1st time at Poblanos Mexican Grill and the food and service was fantastic, our server's name was Francisco and he was very... pleasant. We will be returning again!! The chips were hot and fresh, salsa was just right and the cheese dip with jalapeños wasexcellent. We had Fajita Poblanos and Camarones Poblanos while there and made a to-go order of Shrimp Tacos and Veggie Special#1 which is a bean and cheese enchilada with rice and beans. I was NOT happy with my experience today. I feel like the waiter overcharged me for my food. I've been coming to this Poblanos... since they opened. I've NEVER been charged $18 for a salad. I told the waiter about the bill and he just shrugged. Also the fooddidn't have much flavor. It tasted like they forgot to add seasoning.
