The lady who works front register and drive thru has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She started to get rude just bc i wanted... to make sure she had my order right and STILL got my order wrong.. thankfully the man at the window corrected it respectfully! Read more

Experience entirely depends on the staff that's working there. During the day, I have zero issue with the restaurant nor the... service - but at night, it's almost like they're ignoring the drive through sometimes. I had to actually call them one timeafter sitting at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes to get them to take my order. Read more

Well they picked our order for us we weren't allowed what we asked for the service was very slow but the food was very good .

We eat at Taco Bell?s a lot and this is probably the worst one we have experienced. It is near our house and we go all the time,... but unfortunately we?ve consistently dealt with really long and slow drive thru service. Pandemic only has made it worse. Werecently ordered on the Taco Bell app, and we chose the option to pick up our food inside the restaurant. When we arrived thedoors were locked and we couldn?t get inside. There was no sign on the door indicating what was going on. I called and spokewith someone at the restaurant who indicated that we needed to wait in the drive thru to pick it up. This defeated the purposeof us even doing the order thru the app, which is to avoid the drive thru. It is really why anyone would have any reason toorder from the app. So we had to wait in the drive thru to pick it up. But from the time we ordered on the app and our foodbeing ready was 40 minutes, and then we waited another 10 minutes in the drive thru to pick it up. In addition the person Ispoke with on the phone was very rude and offered excuses that it was all because of the pandemic. I know that the pandemic hasmessed things up. But if you don?t have enough people to work to run a restaurant in a decent manner, then you don?t need to beopen that day. Plain and simple. It also shouldn?t prohibit you was putting a sign on the door that says ?online orders proceedto drive thru?. I was also trying to explain to him aspects about ordering from the app that he clearly didn?t understand. It isterrible overall and we are going to find another Taco Bell to eat at. Read more

Not really the better one but was hungry. Again chicken was not very good. To much fat on thighs and greasy. Needed to be cooked... a little longer was a little pinkish under the crust. Read more

They left half my order out. Refused to acknowledge me when I repeatedly knocked on the door. Had their phone off the hook so... impossible to reach them. Had to sit back through the insanely long drive thru line just to get the remaining half of what Ipaid for - they were completely unapologetic for their mistake and UTTER LACK of assistance! Their staff are lazy and apparentlyincapable of counting. Read more
