This use to be my favorite location. However, I had to take a hiatus due to undercooked fried fish once. I tried them again... after about a 3 year break(pandemic included) and to my surprise fish was no longer on the Uber Eats Menu. I opted for theveggie plate (yams, collards, pinto beans, and mac&cheese). One big problem!!!! Hair in my yams which appeared synthetic becauseof its strength (see photo). I definitely reported it to Uber and called the restaurant about the food safety issue. The managerpulled up my order and told me to contact uber for the refund. I told her I contacted them, but wanted to let her know as well.She said ok and ?the hair isn?t synthetic, the ladies in the back have their real hair but I?ll let them know.? Shocked, Ireplied ?thank you? and that was the end of the conversation. I wasn?t looking for a refund, but needed to report it so itdoesn?t happen to anyone else. There was no apology, or empathy. I wish I could give this location another try, but I?mofficially turned off. At the very L.E.A.S.T(Listen, Empathize, Apologize, Solve and Thank) had the customer service beenbetter, I may have considered returning. I gave 2 stars because the food is actually very tasty. This was my first time experiencing Who's Got Soul and it was a great experience overall. I came not too long after opening so... everything was fresh. The facility is clean, and without any kinds of odors besides the food. The service was excellent. Thecashier was pleasant as well as the woman who bagged my food up. I ordered the 2 Turkey wings w/ 2 sides plate. For my sides Ihad candied yams and mac and cheese. My entree came with rice and was smothered with gravy. The turkey and accompanied gravy wasa tad salty which did detract from the enjoyment of the meal, but in no way was it unbearable. The sides however were absolutelydelicious as the candied yams stole the show. The cornbread was as soft as a pillow which is hard to say about many other soulfood restaurants. I would definitely recommend this establishment. I wish I could detract only half a star for the over saltedturkey, but unfortunately I can't so I'll have to grade Who's Got Soul a 4/5.q Read more

The best food especially the tacos omg ???? that's the boom love it. The club is nice the ladies working were very nice and make... ppl birthdays like never especially when they came round 1 after some time they come back again round 2 with a sign. Meen it wasone of my best nights I had a blast and will always come back with friends cuz I know will not be dissapointed. One more thingagain the TACOS was everything for me. Read more

Was craving soul food. My significant other recommended this restaurant. The restaurant is ONLY ToGo which is fine. This is a... black owned establishment, the order consisted of Fish Dinner 1. Walked in, 4 ppl at the counter, no greetings. I spoke. 3 stare 1 asks name as he continues leaning. Whatever I'm in-between... emails and it's literally across the street. Grab my food and go. Get to the car, check it, no cranberry sauce. Per my specialinstructions I asked for cranberry sauce. Walked back in, still no greetings, asked for sauce... was asked dryly if I ordereddressing. No facial direction or eye contact made. Asked for 2, instead if the 1 that was placed in the counter. There are 2scoops of dressing on my plate. Was asked for a receipt for the order I just placed online and picked up. Was any of thatnecessary? Is someone just stealing cranberry sauce. It's under $2 a can for the known brand and this isn't that. Bad thing isfood be either bland or dry but it's convenient and I have salt at home. 3rd and last visit. Let me say this. I saw so many good references for this place in my GWOC group. I literally ordered 100 worth of food. With... extra sides. I ordered about3 sides of mac and cheese and a side order. So disappointed it was so dry. Like hard and dry. Likewhy would you serve this? It was clearly not made today or yesterday or they didn't use much cheese. It wasn't stringy. Justfall apart noodles. Come on!!. My kids could not eat it. So they only ate their chicken. I ordered baked chicken which was ok.The potato salad had a ton ofnsugar or sweetness to it. It's upsetting. The cashier is definitely not pleasant, warm or inviting. I ordered an oxtail dinner. The greens were amazing but the oxtails... were full of fat. Literally it was all fat. A complete and total waste of money. I also ordered a rib tip dinner for lunch so Iate those and the ribs had all of this salt. It was disgusting. Definitely not the same quality of food. I visited yesterday (8/15/2021) and got 3 meals to go. The food was delicious and was fresh. The line was a bit long though and... took a little to prepare. Overall it is a great restaurant, I would come back again. Read more
