You know its bad when you see 2 different parties at the booth next to yours gets food first and they both leave before you. The... boy my mom and I had was all over the place and we didn?t even get water when I asked 3 times. Seemed like a good kid and he hadmore tables than most of the girls that were serving. Got the ?Oriental? chicken salad and the lettuce was fresh and crisp! Also very nice staff. I have gotten this same salad at... other Applebee?s locations in the area and the lettuce is mushy and rotten. Read more

$65 stipend for food. Sat at bar and asked for all menus available for options and specials. Given just dinner menu. One drink &... appetizer later,someone had a mudslide but not on menu. I asked about it & bartender said not on menu but everyone knows aboutit. He then pulled out another menu with drink and food specials but said it?s not a menu?? Really? I took my stipend andbusiness elsewhere at this point where I can trust staff that?s prepping my food. Read more
Pretty decent store location. The staffs are good. I usually take the bar seating and the service is good. Drink menu is pretty... standard, would appreciate if the franchise comes up with more options. Nothing major to rant about. Read more

My wife is in St Lawrence rehab for past 4 weeks. We have ordered from you at least 5 times in past 4 weeks. Today order was a... disaster. No salad dressings. Not enough chips with our dip. My steak was ordered medium well. Was bleeding. Will not be back. Read more
