Inconsistent at best, and the employees are rude sometimes. I had to ask the woman for a spoon to stir my latte, and to add... whipped cream because she didn't, but I was really nice about it, not complaining, and she started talking nasty about me inSpanish to a coworker. The staff were not nice or welcoming. They messed up my coffee and it was cold when I tasted it as soon I walked out the store.... I went back and, being the only customer in the store and had to call out "excuse me" several times before someone even botheredto look at me. I said my coffee is cold respectably and no one said a word. One of them just took it from me. After a while shegave me a new one and I said thank you and she just grunted and turned around. Management, pls do better with your staff. I livelocally in Lawrence and do not plan to come back to this one in particular. Read more
