I?ve been going to haagan dazs for a while and there?s this new male employee that doesn?t do much and expects everyone to do... everything and doesn?t help with customers. The other employees seem overworked. Read more

Their midnight Sunday is good but the lady that is there Monday through Friday is lazy and it doesn?t matter what time you go... she will say the machine is broken or that they don?t have the items she only does scoops. She has red hair and she is thick. Read more

If I can rate this lower, I would. Me and my Daughter were next standing in line, and at least 5 employees saw that we were next... waiting in line ready to be served, instead of serving us, they served the next people behind us that was waiting in line. I wasfurious! I also said something about it and the only thing one of the employee said to me was that ?the line starts over there?which is where we were standing at in the first place but they refused and looked past us and went to the people behind us toserve them. I was so upset and I did feel a little discriminated because I just didn?t understand why not ONE person, that madeeye contact with me and actually did saw me and my daughter standing and waiting in line; refused to serve me. I?m definitelygoing to complain about this. Which by the way, there was no manager on sight. So I?ll definently call and speak to a managerwith this concern! Read more

The icecream is ok. The seller however is cold and unfriendly. A seller in that environment should be warm and welcoming as so... many people visiting the area pass through the mall. Customer service is poor! Try to smile while selling your icecream! Read more

They have two vegan flavors now! So I'm worried because I've gone there at least 5 times in the past two months! The vegan... flavors aren't watery or odd. They are flavorful and delicious. TodAy management told me two more non dairy flavors are coming!One was coconut Carmel and another chocolate flavor. The staff members are kind and I like that you can see the staff wash theirhands.
