This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to in life. For the last 4 months I've tried to give this location a chance to no avail.... This past Thursday was the last straw. I order food for the 5 in my household and somehow between when I ordered and it waspushed for payment my 5th order for my son was deleted. Thankfully he enjoyed what I ordered. I just didn't get any food thatday. The past 9, yes 9 experiences prior to this have either been poor food, chicken sandwiches so thin and over microwavedthey couldn't be eaten to extra and completely wrong items in my order. Order a burger or a sandwich and it comes completelyplain. One time I got just a bun Not a thing in it.... half cooked fries... I just can't fathom how this happens for what youcharge... The kiosks are all half working and you have to basically yell in them and they still can't hear what you order. Thesoftware has been corrupted or half down for months and nothing has been done to fix it. Do yourself a favor drive to excelsiorspring or Kearney Sonic you'll save your self a lot of trouble. Bad visit! I ordered online, a "toaster" sandwich & fries. When I got there, carhop brought me the fries & explained they... were "out of the Texas toast, would a different type of bun be ok?". It would be fine, I said. Almost 5 minutes later, shebrought out the sandwich. After the 2 minute drive home, I discovered the sandwich was so hot I couldn't even touch the wrapper. I didn't realize Sonic uses microwaves! (Ended up giving most of the sandwich to my Zuma dog, as it was tough...OVERmicrowaved!!) I also didn't think about the fact that those French fries were getting colder by the minute. Made me sad, theonly fast food restaurant in Lawson was disappointing. 1 of our drinks had styrofoam pieces floating in it, the tater tots were dumped upside down in the bag, and the onion rings... crust was falling off the onions. The ice cream came smeared all over the outside of the cups. The hamburgers were warm and hada good flavor. Read more
In my opinion, Sonic has gone down hill over the years. This particular Sonic has NOT followed this trend. The food is always... great, the service is quite and friendly and they keep the area very nice. Read more
Staff was excellent my meal was terrible! Order Honey Bbq Popcorn Chicken meal ,that was hard, dried out and almost... impossible to eat.This was at 5:30 pm, so it should have been freshly made for dinner time. So disappointed! Read more
Good Service. Food was meh. At least I got all my food and my order was correct this time.
