I think im being generous with 2 starts. Host didn't even greet us. And it took him forever to even acknowledge us and i watched... him do it to everybody that came in . The waitress we only saw twice. once to take the order, the other to bring the food andhad a attitude when asked for sauce. We had to ask for napkins and silverwear and for her to take the menues. We had to actuallyfind her just to get the check. Only people actually on the point was the cooks . The food was great. Service horrible. Read more
After sending my order back three times the server Ashley who seemed very irritated told me I am not blind I can see it very... rudely. The manager Anthony or Antonio brought my food out said nothing had a blank look on his face like he was scared of uswhat kind of service is this? Ashley failed to perform her duties and failed to be friendly.. 8/4/22 decided to give them thesecond chance. Antonio the manager delivered my food that was cooked failed to be friendly and polite my food was cooked and was irritated when I sent it back with it. He spends more time at the front door talking to his room service and he has taken careof his customers.. we asked the servers for the manager to come speak to us he refused to come out. Both of the servers saidbecause we left a bad review about their performance that they did not have to serve us I said excuse me and she said you bothhave a bad attitude when we were nothing but polite and friendly. I'm going to go ahead and increase my star rating because ofJohn and sabrina. Sabrina is the nicest person I have met at this restaurant John took care of use. One of the cooks did comeout and talk to us. Look I'm just the average person that travels that has a bad experience multiple times. Sabrina and John didchange our opinion on this restaurant but the big question is what will happen when they are not there? I will not judge and Iwill not delete my previous posts until the two other employees prove me wrong it only takes one to bring down a civilization.But I have high hopes that they will improve. Applebee's in Lawton had us wait for 15 minutes. No drinks, not even water were served. Oh, wait, we got napkins put on our... table. And the place was not even busy. More employees than customers. Thank you for an outstanding customer service. Read more
The staff was very friendly and the food was great. It was Sunday evening and the service was a little slow and it was not busy... at the time. The restaurant was clean and the music was not loud. Great place for a family but don?t be in a hurry. Read more
Great service and food as always. Our go to for a quick lunch. Staff is usually always friendly and attentive.
We went during the early afternoon. Fast seating and attentive server. We opted for appetizers and a drink. Food was hot and... fresh. I felt bad for those seating behind is, they went to the restroom, and table got cleared, however, the server was quickto get their drinks and such. Overall, decent food for a decent price. We showed up about 11.40 am and honestly our service was amazing! Our steaks where greate, tasted fanatic. My fries where good,... not cold or old at all! Our server paid a lot of attention to us. The cinnamon swirl cakes where greate as well! All we couldthink about all day long was that steaks we had for lunch. Read more
