I do not recommend this location in Lawton. I have never dined in here until tonight. The cashier was very short with us for not... immediately having our minds made up about our order as soon as we walked up, but I decided it has probably been a long day andlet it go. I decided to make a 2nd order with extra cheese on my sandwich with a different crew member about 20 minutes after myfirst order. I received my sandwich with normal cheese and went back up to the counter. The young man at the counter scrambledtrying to find an employee to help because they were no where to be seen. He came back with the same cashier we had the 1st timeand she was very rude with the employee in front of me and scolded him for taking the sandwich back. She also then told him itwas a health code violation and he seemed very confused. I noticed at that very moment a pack of cigarettes on the counterbeside where the young man had just placed the incorrect sandwich. Without telling him what to do with it she instead gripedabout having to remake the sandwich. After I realized that yet again the sandwich didn't get extra cheese she put it in a cupand agressively slid it on the counter. She proceeded to rudely tell me that next time I need to order extra cheese and that itwas .75 cents. I said I did order extra cheese and she argued with me and said I didn't and I let her know I didn't appreciateher being rude with me that I did make a second order and she told me to have a blessed night. I will never go back to thislocation. If you can't handle people making mistakes or having a customer service job in general then get a different job. Iasked the nice young man her name before I left and he said Shea. I hope someone properly trains him because he was morecustomer service minded. We went to the drive thru and ordered. The person helping us was rude and disrespectful. I asked to see the manager at the... window, and she said she was the manager. I refused the order. Do better Arby's. We went across the street to Taco Bell, andrecieved steller customer service. Read more
Sitting in drive-thru like 30 minutes, after leaving indoor due to excess previous customers. Great food, but no sense of... urgency. No one acknowledged me whatsoever when at front counter by the way. Don't know what's up with Lawton Sheridan Arby's Read more

The worst I?ve ever had! Disgusting that because it?s an out going order they felt it was ok to give this to people. They were... right as after cmg out from urgent care wanting to go home n not feeling like cooking then this. Didn?t want to waste gas goingbk to what get a certificate! Won?t be going bk EVER!!!!! Went this morning as I was suppose to have an interview. It was 10:03am which they are suppose to be open. Doors are locked, no... one answered the drive thru. So i went to the window. Finally someone opened the window and had EXTREMELY horrible customerservice skills saying they don't have an interview today all rude. And then closed the window. I'm sorry you have to work butyou could at least give some respect to customers. Making up your own times to open and close is not a way to run a business.Hours posted on the door/online is when the doors should be opened. And attitude is NOT NEEDED. Service was slow that day. The sandwich was very skimpy made with hardly any cheese. The food was fresh and hot though.
