Food was great as always. The service from Nicole wasn't all that great. Took forever to get our food and to go boxes. It was... frustrating. Next time we go we will request a different server. It wasn't good service wise. Never came to ask how everythingwas or anything. I didn't leave a tip due to the horrible service. Took 20 minutes or so to get to go boxes and barely ever sawher. Service was so bad, we had to nearly tackle or waitress for any service, even took over half an hour to get our check. Wings... were over seasoned, like the lemon pepper tasted like candy with pepper on it, we couldn't even eat them and we ordered 6different flavors. Overall it was an awful experience for both of us! The service was great but the wings we just a bit over cooked so the meat was dried up and it was mostly breading. We did get... the boneless wings so I can understand that a little. I had a good time so that's why I give it 4 stars. Read more
First time here. Was greeted at the door with a friendly smile. I had dined alone so I chose to sit at the bar. Greeted by Nick... and he was courteous and attentive. Place was NOT busy. Plenty of staff and plenty of open seats. My beer arrived and wasstandard fare. Wings and fries!!! Can't go wrong with that right? Well...... The fries arrived COLD! Not a sense of pre existingheat in any one fry. So.... The wings you ask.... How were they?? Well since you asked I'll tell you... Well 15 wings. That's 71/2 chickens!!! Those poor neglected chickens!!! First off they were SMALL. I get it. I can only assume orphanage chickens bythe malnutrition. But were they abused? Perhaps they were in a horrific accident on their way to BWW!!!! Almost every wing had abroken bone. I would come back for beer sometime. I didn't get to see the restroom, but by the looks of the restaurant I canonly assume it's just as clean. Big TV's!!! Because Nick was such a nice fella I threw in a extra ????. Each time I've been delivered food from this location they have always forgot either a wing bundle, drink, etc... one of the... times it took them 2 hours past the time it was said to arrive and then they didn't even put all my food in the bag. When Icalled, they were basically unbothered by it. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location needs to get their act together. Ifyour workers don't wanna work and do the work right you should fire them. They are greatly affecting the franchise public view.Other locations i have been are far superior in customer service and food service. Please, do better. Read more
The burger was alright. The size of it was the size of my fist. The burger tasted nothing special. The wings were the same. They... were good but tasted like a turkey leg to me more then wings. Ordered a new flavor combo, lemon pepper and buffalo which tasted crazy delicious. Wings were cooked perfectly and service was... quick and great. Ordered the spiked football drink and that was so delicious I mean if it weren't for the fact I was driving Iwould've had at least 3 of them. Read more
Was waiting for my oil to be changed and stopped in at BWWs. It was Busier than I expected, for a Sunday. We were able to get a... high-top right away. The service was fast. The food was great! (My husband had Chicken Nachos, and I had street tacos. ????HIGHLY Recommended). Our waitress checked on us several times, even with them being as busy as she was. Read more
