The staff was fantastic, but that only goes so far when the rest of the service is terrible. All this happened on 1 visit. 1.... Mobile app wouldn't process order. 2. Fountain drinks completely out. 3. Subbed fountain drink for unsweetened tea but they didnot have sweet n low; only Splenda, which I do not like. 4. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. 5. System was down and had torepeat order. 6. Did not have the large size of waffle fry so I got a medium and a small instead, that's fine of course. 7.After all that.... the food was cold. A credit or a free drink offer would have been nice as a courtesy for such a terribleexperience. I hope you can do better in the future. Read more

I wanted ice-dream before closing. My husband and I pulled up 15 minutes until close. Waited in the drive Thur for a few minutes... then proceeded to order a small ice-dream. We were told there is no more ice cream for the night? I use to work at Chick-fil-Aso I know what that means. It means they started cleaning the ice cream machine early and refuse to make more to avoid cleaningit. The problem was we didn?t get to order then had to wait 20 MINUTES in a line we could now not get out of. There shouldabsolutely be a way to exit in case of this reason as well as for emergencies. Not being able to order shouldn?t mean you knowhave to wait in a long line where you don?t even get to receive an item you came for. Read more
This place seems to be going down hill. It was great, people were amazing, food was amazing, I never had to double check the... order here. The past few times I?ve been here items have been missing, wrong orders, the drinks aren?t even that great. This isthe only chick fil a in town but I will stop going. Why am I paying for overpriced food that isn?t correct or simply not thereand the employees get an attitude when you would like it corrected. Read more
The food is good, it has always been. Service is starting to slip a little, the last couple of visits have produced missing... items. But holy moly, $61 to feed a family of five??? My kids are little and don't eat much. My wife and I got salads. Wedidn't even get the dressing we asked for. It's pretty hard to justify a $61 price tag for fast food and mediocre service. Read more
Chicken is okay but these fries are getting ridiculous. This is a MEDIUM and it's half full. It's why I absolutely never get a... large. Meals are already on the pricier side for fast food. Can I at least get the full serving after I sit in the long line andpay full price? Read more
5!!!!? Only because I can?t give 10!!!!!! From the moment we pulled in the parking lot my mind was blown, SO FUTURISTIC!!! Upon... entry was greeted by a warm smile and a cheerful staff. Food was even delivered to our table. It was time for a refill and Cathywas more than willing to fill our cups. Condiment bar was next level. Just look at the photos! My husband went for breakfast this AM and made it by 10:27 AM only to be told by the manager he couldn't order breakfast because... they stop serving at 10 AM. So I called the Lawton store and on the automated voice recording before choosing an option withwhom to speak with, it clearly states breakfast ends at 10:30 AM. Thank you for having us waste gas only to be lied to becausewe were an inconvenience to you chick fil A. Do better To answer you follow ups... we left, we got nothing, and you lostcustomers. Read more
