Visiting from out of town, so will have to give an overall assessment of Chili's. Waitress was very nice, but they didn't have... certain cocktails specified on their menu. Now I understand why it was half empty. Chili's used to be the place to go to watchfootball, meet people, and enjoy Happy hour. But, no happy hour offered no more, and the atmosphere sucks. I?ve been to this chilis several times, and it?s usually been okay (emphasis on just okay) but this last time was not great. I... ordered for pickup and when I got there at the time the website told me to, I waited for an additional 30-45 minutes because myfood wasn?t ready yet. I overheard another server say this was a slow day, too. When I finally got the food and took it home, itwas cold and just not great despite having a cost that should have made it incredible. Waiting on hold for a manager to refund my money. I ordered a take out meal after we were done eating to take food to my husband... and the meal is over cooked and not fresh. I Didn't order the Togo meal until after we're were done eating it it was still notfresh food. Read more
I made a DoorDash order and was not impressed with the quality of my food. The grilled cheese was so burnt it didn?t melt to the... bread, my Son?s kid meal burger was burnt crispy, the rice was not cooked and tasted like the Walmart Spanish rice packages, andmy salad was more like a side salad than a 12 dollar salad. My husband and I just left their restaurant after waiting 5 minutes to be seated and 15 minutes for someone to take our order.... This was for lunch on a Saturday, and there was no line at the door to get in. The hostess was preoccupied with her daughter,aged 6-7 who was at the restaurant?Halloween decorations? Party of some sort? No one came to our table to take our order, so wewalked out. They seemed to be short staffed and a general air of confusion was in the air.
