This is the first Jack in the Box that I have had no issues with. They are usually limited in staff but always produce quality... food at a quick rate. The current staff is very friendly and always make sure their customers are satisfied. This team isawesome and deserves recognition. This place NEVER gets orders correct. Not once has an order been correct. If you ask for utensils or dips, forget it you will... never get it. Extra cheese sauce on your loaded tiny tacos, nope you get extra taco sauce every time. Even ordering somethingexactly how it's made gets messed up. Food is good but the workers do not read any instructions especially if you order fordelivery. Read more
Ordered from here and the tacos were nothing but grease chicken fajita pita was soggy and gross overall POOR FOOD PREPARATION... AND QUALITY! The employees should be reprimanded for allowing food like this to leave the facility. Terrible customer service. The cashier had a terrible attitude. My hashbrown were burnt to a crisp. Not to mention asking for... ketchup and syrup was bother. That this happen. Not to mention I was to go back for a refund. Showed the manager the pictures hedidn't seem to care. He just said well we get scammed. If the money is the issue I wouldn't of gone back. Came in through the drive through at 930 white girl with a tattoo on her neck was rude got my order wrong twice and didn't give... me my fries made me drive around the drive through instead of fixing my order at the window. Then made me drive around twicebecause supposedly my fries were cooking they gave me old nasty fries. There is no reason to be that nasy customer service isnon existent. And why was she wearing those tic tok pants that are supposed to make ur but look bigger? And and pink hoodie?Dang didn't know business didnt care about appearances at all. Read more
