Called to get a delivery but said they don't deliver where we were located which is right down the street,then told me to call... another store and got told the same thing, just very dis satisfied,last time I ordered from them,the online app says a largespecialty pizza 3 for 3 dollars off, manager said that they wasn't doing that anymore,so my thing is if you're not going tohonor it then take it off your website. Was put on hold because the individual could not figure out how to put my order in so I was ?put on hold? but not. I was told... $47 for a large pizza, I questioned him he said $27. Paid with card, he had no clue so I asked for a manager and he said he wasa manager. Read more
Pizza without a crust? What an amazing idea. Sometimes the crust is too much. So, this idea is brilliant. The Pizza Bowl is... like a very deep dish Pizza loaded with the good stuff. Lots of sauce, meats, cheeses. It holds up without the crust, whichtends to be filling. So hey, there is something new under the sun after all. Read more
I really don't know what's going on qt this location, but I ordered a meatball sub, wings, and a family size Greek salad. The... only thing to arrive hot was the salad, which is the opposite of how things were supposed to be. The meatball sub was bread,sauce, and meatballs left as a garnish (see picture), no cheese to speak of. The wings were decent, but cold. Little over done. Staff was friendly and nice so they got two stars. Cheese bread is anything but cheese bread. Pizza looks... burnt but it?s not, just a little over cooked but not burnt yet. My fault for not checking before they left. Very fast serviceand very nice. But lacks a little on the food. Read more
I love Marcos and I will definitely order from them again, but will not get the white sauce for the pizza again. There was no... sauce on the pizza just baked on cheese and the toppings. I called and told them the issue. The manager was very helpful andservice was great. I was sent what was suppose to be a corrected order but the pizza was the same as the last. I grew up on Marco's Pizza as a kid in Ohio. Hands down Best Pizza!! The ingredients, the quality of handcrafting your pizza,... pizza dough is not frozen its made fresh daily!!! Amazing taste!! I just moved on the opposite side of town. My first experiencewith them wasn't the best. Customer service was understanding. Delivery of pizza, not the best. Told my daughter the line drawnthru signature counts as my signature?!?! That's not comforting. I guess our pizza slide around?!???? Read more
