I ordered through door dash and got the southwest chicken salad without red onion and chicken. I don?t like chicken in my salad... and I?m very allergic to red onion, I got the salad without the chicken but with the onions and I?m very frustrated. When Icalled to let them know (not looking for any compensation) I was hung up on by the Manager I believe her name was Angel. Itypically love the food and the kind service but today really sucked. Me and my wife love coming here to eat. The food taste fresh, is super delicious, appropriately priced, and they staff is... always friendly. We highly recommend eating here! We just had lunch here again today and it was even better. Mary, which I'mnot sure if it's the general manager that is posted on the door, was super helpful, and attended to us while still doing hermanager duties. Her and her staff worked very well together and it was a pleasant picture to see a manager that is a hardworker like everyone else. Shout out to Mary and her great staff... we will be back! Read more

Absolutely love McAllister?s food and their desserts!! I always have a good experience here, whether I am dining in or taking... out. At my most recent visit there was a mixup with my order and I got the wrong sandwich. Although the sandwich was wrong Iwanted to keep it because it looked delicious. The customer service at McAllister?s was on point, they checked back with me acouple times just to make sure that I was satisfied and offered to get me the correct items. I still ate the sandwich that Ireceived because it was FIRE ???? The Southwest Spicy Chicken Sandwich is a MUST TRY. Definitely still a loyal customer! Read more

This is definitely one of my favorite places to go for lunch. They have a huge selection of choices on their menu of great... sandwiches, soups, baked potatoes and side item's to choose from. You can mix and match to your liking. The service is alwaysexcellent and the food is fresh and taste great. Very clean establishment, a overall awesome dining experience every time we go. Read more
