Closing hours say 11 p.m. Came to the drive through at 10:50 p.m.and was told that they closed at 10:45 p.m. after going to the... door and knocking on it. Very horrible customer service and attitude from employees. If your hours are until 11 you stay openuntil 11. Will definitely not bother trying this location again because I can't trust that they will be open when needed. Read more
The staff constantly forgets my hash browns in my bag for breakfast or just butchers a simple coffee with caramel, and when you... walk in to order, 9/10 you?re waiting long periods of time for a crew member to take your order, unless it?s busy, thisMcDonald?s has to be the worst in the city when it comes to customer service. Now I've worked at McDonalds before and I understand it can take a little bit to get to the lobby person but I had my order... taken right as I walked in, which was nice, but had to wait 10 minutes. All I orders was a large Frappe. I know for a fact thatit doesn't take 10 mins. Read more
This is about my fourth visit in a row where the fries were sent out to me dark in color and hard as a rock!!! The cheese burger... was cold and the employees ARE RUDE!! The management has POOR customer service skill sets!!! I will NOT go back to this locationagain!!!! Read more

I was the only car in the drive-thru when I arrived. I placed my order which they didn't have the caramel frappe mix and offered... mocha. Apparently they have been out all week. By the time I paid another car pulled behind me. As soon as I pulled to thepickup window I was asked to park. The car behind was done the same. We both waited about 10 mins for our food/drinks. Maybemake sure you have adequate staff if that is an issue but apparently they already knew they were running behind and could ofsaid that. Read more
This place runs like a normal McDonald?s with the day crew . However if u go in the evening/night , Goodluck not waiting 30 min... just for them to forget your entire order. Literally just happened to me 10 min ago , not only that but they sent somebody outthere to retrieve my receipt becuz they cleared the order already and all he says to me is ?u got that receipt bro? ? I saidyes and handed it his way , he grabbed it and walked away . That was it. No applogy for the 27 min wait or for forgetting myorder . Nothing. To top it off , they bring me back my food another 5 or so min later and they don?t have one of the items wealready paid for so they gave us an extra fry Instead. After sitting in curbside for 20 mins, and car after car going thru drive thru, and others going in and out getting food, my... husband finally decided to go in to see where our order was. He was told they didn't get it, so he came to get my phone to showthem the order. When he walked back in, they had miraculously found our order and had started preparing it.
