I work as a doordash driver and it was a fairly late pickup for delivery. The employees were letting the manager do everything... while he was cussing and ranting and raving to them about what a poor job they were doing and some other employee that wasn'tthere. It took them forever to get my order ready and like I said, I think the cook and the manager were the only ones actuallyworking. I don't need to hear a manager cussing at employees and about another employee while I'm waiting to pick up an order.Even threatened to walk out once. Very unprofessional. Read more
Never have ice cream, last order I placed contained two large fries and a 10 piece nugget for my nephew. We sat waiting at the... second window for about 5 minutes after waiting behind another car for 10 minutes before being told to pull up to the thirdwindow for nearly 30 minutes before we were given our STALE fries and nuggets. Not to mention, my receipt was basically a sheetof white paper. I had placed a mobile order and paid through the app, but they tried to charge me again at the window. Honestly,I could've gone to the McDonald's on Cache rd and I would've been serviced faster and under 45 minutes. Read more
Dasher - McDonalds employee slammed the window closed and starting very clearly bad mouthing us after telling us they do not... have the order, handed it to another customer previously, and did NOT to verify the Dasher order number WITH the previous driverbefore handing out order. Manager refused to remake the order until AFTER the customer confirms wether or not they received it.Which would not have happened because they gave it to someone that did not HAVE nor showed PROOF of having the order. So,congratulations on being rude after your employees acted with negligence and gave away food for free. Read more
What an incredible crew this Macdonalds has. Everyone at the 82nd street in Lawton are friendly, considerate, and hard working.... I order a very large breakfast for my soldiers twice a month and I have never had an order go wrong and considering the largeorder, they treat it as if it is a single order. They make it look easy. Thank you for being my first choice every single timewhen feeding my little piece of the Army. Read more

We waited on our food for quite some time. I stopped in after a wrestling match with 3 teens. One of the boys had a leftover... sandwich and boxed it up. On the way out, he dropped it in the parking lot. He brought it back in to see if they made him a newone. They told him no. It was a $7 sandwich! I went back in and talked to the GM and they ended up making it, even though atfirst she didn't want to. Read more
