Lady at the counter didn?t want to take my order. Even though I was the only one in. She told me to use the kiosk as she stands... at the register. They hadn?t put any of the tips back on the coke machine, so I asked if they could just get me a coke from thedrive through coke machine. Instead I waited on someone to finish cleaning the floor then take the tops directly out of thecleaning solution and put them on without rinsing them off. The. Told me I was good to go. I only go e it a five because service was fast, food was excellent and hot, and the employees were on point. But I have to say... this, a manager should not bagger, talk down, and be little an elderly employee in front of customers and much you getemployees! I wanted to go behind that counter and give that young Manager or Supervisor a lesson in respect. The employee wasbeside themselves and my husband and I tried to console her. I stopped by for two large sweet teas, you could taste the coffee they brewed before making the tea, which means they did not... clean the machine. Waited more than 20 minutes for an order while watching others get bumped ahead of mine repeatedly and leaving out the door with... their satisfied customers orders. Not once ever acknowledge I was standing there for 20 minutes. They gave the wrong responsewhen I let her know I can't pay rent this way. No apologies. She says "big order" . I ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and was given 2 regular spicy chicken sandwiches without lettuce and tomatoes even... though they were in the correct container with the paper receipt saying they were supposed to be deluxe. When I return to thewindow order screen to inform them of the mess up and get the correct items that I ordered, they asked if I wanted them to ringthem up or remake them. What a stupid question...I already paid to have deluxe sandwiches and you want me to pay again...crazyand not good customer service. And the chicken looks over cooked out the fryer oil needs to be came because both chicken pattiesdo not resemble the picture displayed. I don't normally review large chain restaurants but I came in here and got a couple of quarter pounders and an apple pie and a... strawberry and cream pie and those were the best McDonald's burgers I have ever had they were so fresh and the pies took a fewextra minutes to come out because I had to be cooked but they were excellent! The workers in the back were so incredibly busybut they were working hard and getting orders out. Read more
