Its McDonald's. The thing I have to say is their drive-thru. Initially you hear a very welcoming voice believing it to be the... employee, until you hear the actual employee quickly and without patience ask for your order... Get it together McDonald's! Read more
Wow...I felt like I had went back in time 30 years to a time when the employees at McDonald's (and other establishments) were... well trained, polite and treated you like they really appreciated your business. Great job team Elgin. Keep it up and maybeit'll rub off on others too. Epic fail. Our bacon qtr pounder came without bacon. The fries were hard & lukewarm. They did make fresh hamburgers with bacon.... We asked for hot fries. The lady took our old ones & never returned so we had to go ask for them. They were hot but not theirusual standard. The fries appeared to have been thawed & refrozen before they were cooked. The ice machine on 1 side had no ice,the other ice machine lever got stuck open every time someone got ice. The machine that had ice only had carbonation for thedrinks. The other side with no ice soft drink worked. The young man manning the register was very pleasant but he was doingoutside as well as inside orders. The staff was busy running the drive thru. There was plenty of employees working but I don't think any of them knew what they were doing. It was utter chaos! All I wanted... was a drink and there was only one person ahead of me. I had to wait several minutes and it took 2 employees to get my order. Iwent to get my drink and it haf nothing but syrup coming out. So I had to get another cup and again I had to wait. And at leastone of them knew about the soda machine. The only thing good that I can say is everything looked clean. Read more
08/21/22 I order off door dash. it was the 2 quarter pounder ,2 medium fries and 20 piece McNuggets and everything was fine... except for one of the quarter pounders it was RAW so my husband call the store and Nisha answered and told my husband to bringit back and they would replace it which is totally fine.But when he got home the 2 replacement they were also RAW so then Icalled the store spoke to the same person and was expecting me to bring back the 2 burgers mind you it 10:30 by now and she inthe back arguing with her cooks and then proceeded to tell me if I don?t bring them back she won?t be able to replace them. I'm a morning regular. However there is a new girl I believe she's a manager. She has beautiful blue eyes. she has amazing... customer service. And she made sure my order was correct not only on the speaker but also at the drive thruu window. My food wasamazing fresh and hot :-) Thank you McDonald's Read more
Slowest McDonalds on the planet.. Even, in a small town, with hardly any other customers. And, with the slow service you'd think... they'd have time to get your order correct... WRONG! Always check your bag before pulling away. Read more
