Reviews for Panera Bread in Lawton, OK
For some reason, they have a habit of putting an onion bagel with a blueberry bagel on top and no bags to separate it. Numerous... times they have not included butter or napkins with the order. This is literally the second time I have complained about havingan onion or everything bagel put with a cinnamon crunch or blueberry etc. What happened to separating these items with the bagas I doubt it would cost that much money to do so. Attention to detail people! Also there are times I have gone in there for ajuice or tea and the dispensers that contain these items are almost empty. Read more
15 minutes prior to closing and absolutely nothing to choose from. No bread, no deserts, just a very limited selection of things... to order. They were all packaged up to get rid of but unavailable to order. Read more
Staff and kitchen workers are terrible ! They messed up my order yesterday gave me a completely different order and when I went... up to try and get it fixed they messed it up AGAIN . I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today and they messed upmy order yet again !! I ordered a whole Cesar chicken salad and got 2 pieces of lettuce and no chicken in a half container wheni tried to go back up there to fix it yet again they would not fix my order. My wife and I love this restaurant. We always enjoy coming here and it is always so clean. The place is cozy and always has nice... employees that will recommend great dishes if you can?t decide. I make a lot of reviews everywhere I go and I must say. I wouldrather dine here then a fancy restaurant any day ! Maybe more then the Olive Garden around the corner. I was impressed by the layout. And the staff. And the food! Lol. You make your order from the overhead signage, pay and they... give you a pager that lets you know when your order is ready. Then you simply walk to the back of the store and your order isready for you to pick up. (I?m hooked on the Mediterranean Veggie on tomato bread ! It?s scrumptious!). The kitchen staff are sofriendly and fun! Panera Bread is handicap accessible. There?s enough room in the aisles to allow a wheelchair. I hope y?allcheck this out if you haven?t already! Read more
Today was my first time dining in at Panera. I ordered the Greek salad and got a free bear claw doe signing up for their rewards... program. I also ordered a caramel latte. The salad had a few wilted pieces, but had a great flavor. The coffee was sweeter thanI would normally order, but that's a preference. The bear claw was amazing. Read more
Panera bread. The reputation is only in the name. Not in the quality of the food. Wrap was like cardboard. Vegetables definitely... NOT fresh. $5 plus not worth it. Kitchen was a disaster area with open full trash can and clutter everywhere. Better goelsewhere for breakfast. Read more
Food is great but two things were just a bit "off" here that keeps me from awarding 5 stars. (1) The pager went off 5 minutes... before the food was ready. No explanation from team, and then it went off again when the food truly was ready. (2) Nobody askedus about chips, fruit or baguette -- all three of us just got the baguette. Read more
