Always a problem with this location. Consistently forgetting items, making food wrong and horrible service. I had a delivery for... 2 pizzas and cheese bread, they forgot the bread and told me I had to drive to get it because they are low on drivers. Ok,mistakes happen. When I got there they got the manager and they told me that there's nothing they can do for me because theycouldn't find the cheese bread and they refuse to make one or compensate me. Thanks for stealing money from your customers ofmany years, we have no problem taking our money to a local business that actually cares about a customer. Read more
Ordered pizza last night it had a strong chemical taste to it after a few slices. I tried to call the manager she said she would... not refund my money. She tried to blame it on me having an unknown allergy I wasn't the only one who complained from it having achemical taste not only this I know exactly what my allergies are as I have been to the allergy clinic in OKC. We ordered 2different pizzas with the same result I had my own pizza the other person had his own pizza both had the chemical taste. We didnot try each other's pizza. We like to order a pizza for both of us we get what we want and have as dinner and lunch the nextday. The chemical taste will not go away after brushing teeth several times and drinking coke. Health department needs toinvestigate this issue and will be trying to get a hold of them asap. Anyone seeing this do not order pizza from this store goanywhere else. Edit: I contacted corporate I was supposed to get a call from the general manager and have not received a callwith the time limit I was given by corporate. Read more
We decided to walk in and order our pizza and I noticed the person taking our order was new to taking walk in orders and I can... be patient about that but eventually the more experienced employee had to step in and save the day. Once we got home with ourorder we noticed that we did not get the epic stuffed crust that we asked for. Read more
Always a problem here in lawton. None of the pizzas were cut, no sauce or peppers that's usually come with them either. Did they... stop including those?. The cheese sticks weren't cut either and the cheese was on the box not the sticks. We literally only havethis problem in lawton. Everywhere else Papa John's has been great. Service was good and the preparation was actually really fast for the time of day and week. But the food was simply not good.... The pizza wasn?t really warm, and for a works pizza, there wasn?t much in it(reference picture). Very doughy and not much else.I get Papa John?s maybe 2x a month and this was my worst experience in while. Read more
Came to get my food and then they are going to say they have no change for a $100 bill ?talking about only have a certain amount... had to go to wing stop to get change horrible business especially since everyone got paid!
