They might be understaffed, I'm just guessing. We sat in the drive-through for a very long time, just to be ignored. We called... inside on the phone and no one picked up. After we were finally acknowledged, it still took forever to get our pizza, that wassupposed to be ready over 25 minutes ago when arriving. The car behind us backed out and left. Not all that good. Bread sticks aren't worth it. If you're ordering here, only get pizza. The mini apple pies aren't bad, but... they just aren't worth how much they cost for the taste. Read more
Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter, Pizza was delivered almost an hour later than was said with no 2 liter. Food was cold and... tasteless. Called the store and told them, they said it was doordashes fault not theirs, i didnt order from doordash i orderedfrom the pizza hutt app. They offered me a refund for my 2 liter and thats all. I'd avoid this pizza hutt just because oftheir poor customer service. Read more
I called in my order at 623 pm. I called after an hour and was told it was still at the store. Finally after 2 hours the driver... shows up with my order. The bread sticks looked nasty and the pizza looked like it set under heat lamp all day. I will nevermake that same mistake again. That was the nastiest pizza I ever ate. Read more
Get the order right the first time. My order included a total of 5 2-liters of soda. It arrived with only 2 and the driver had... to go back for the rest. Update, ordered here again, sandwiches were missing ingredients. Chicken parmesan had no cheese(provolone or parmesan), Black Forest ham was missing lettuce, Italian dressing, and had only a few scraps of tomato. Noketchup was included for fries. Read more
?? They DO NOT wear masks and the ones that do only have mouth covered NOT their noses. ?? You have to order at the... counter. Fast service. You can hardly hear the girl at the front. Place was very clean. Restrooms are clean. No waitress orwaiter. Must wear a mask. They do have dine in. No cup drinks. Read more
Since I'm from deep south Texas I wasnt excepting a lunch buffet here at pizza hut @ Lawton Oklahoma. Great service. Family... friendly atmosphere. Great pizza! Great pasta! They also offer a salad and dessert bar. Read more
Staff is pretty friendly. Usually really busy on weekends, so long wait times are understandable, but the pizza is always worth... it. Read more
