High turn over so you are always dealing with new people that are unfamiliar with drink recipes etc. They always give us the... wrong drink for at least one drink. My husband is diabetic so we order the diet limeade and they brought out a reg cherrylimeade. I got a chicken dinner and it was good!! But i usually get a hickory cheese burger and fries, but the hamburgers are getting... nasty. I don't know why, they are wet or falling apart. Read more
I was so excited yesterday when I got to Sonic....my first time ordering online and going to pick it up....so I'm sure most... people know that u check in when u get there....it pulled up my little account on the digital menu board LoL.... OMG I loveit!!!! Not to mention I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 onion rings, 3 large drinks and 1 Rt. 44 and my total was $23!!!!They made me very happy yesterday!!!! Read more
Didn't give me the right sauces. One of the sauce containers also had a hole in it. Lovely. Also, asked for ketchup for 10... chicken tenders and tots and only got 3 packs of ketchup. Read more
