I?m out in about and in a rush so I decided to order online ahead of time. Just a soft drink and a slush. They brought it to me... and the slush wasn?t wiped up or anything. Two stars because food was cooked well. The service needs worked on, didn't tell me they were out of what I ordered they just... gave me something else without asking and the ladies at window were just rude even though I was polite even after being spoke torude lol. I don't know if it this sonic or not, but remember having a little more chicken when I use to order popcorn chicken. It seems to... be mostly just crust. Slush and ice cream are still pretty good though. Read more
Went to sonic tonight and ordered 2 milkshakes a choc oreo master shake and a reeses oreo master shake they drizzled a little... pbutter ontop of mine no reeses added and my husbands wasnt chocolate they do this a lot and it really sucks when im spending10$ on milkshakes for them to not be what we are wanting. Over all it was good. It was 9:15 Sunday night so it was busy in both the drive thru Lane and stalls. I think that the first... stall I parked in may have been malfunctioning b/c I was never greeted. However after changing stall numbers and activating thered button, my order was promptly taken. Everything was hot & fresh and delivered quickly. Read more
I was frustrated with my online order and having no condiments and the order being wrong. However Davie the manager went about... and beyond by replacing my meal after reaching out and also was the one to deliver me my food and apology in person and thankingme for another chance.
